Helaas was onze ervaring met dit makelaarskantoor zeer teleurstellend en onprofessioneel. Het biedingsproces was ondoorzichtig en onprofessioneel, met name wat betreft communicatie en persoonlijke gegevens. Op basis van deze ervaring zullen we dit makelaarskantoor niet meer inschakelen en raden we anderen aan voorzichtig te zijn. Ik raad deze makelaar of Makelaar niet aan voor de aankoop van uw droomhuis.

Hallo Archana, Goedemorgen, Naar aanleiding van je e-mail wil ik je het volgende laten weten. Tijdens ons telefoongesprek heb ik inderdaad aangegeven dat de verkoper de keuze had uit meerdere biedingen en dat de keuze helaas voor jou op een andere bieder is gevallen. Het verschil zat hem voornamelijk in de ontbindende voorwaarden (meerdere). Hoewel je formeel een financieringsvoorbehoud van 100% in je bod had opgenomen, heb ik de verkoper als aanvullende informatie uitgelegd dat dit waarschijnlijk lager zou kunnen uitvallen vanwege je huidige eigen woning. Desondanks vond de verkoper een ander bod interessanter. Tijdens de bezichtiging heb ik je al laten weten dat we meerdere biedingen hadden ontvangen. Om je kansen op deelname te vergroten, heb ik inderdaad een onafhankelijke hypotheekadviseur gevraagd om je te bellen voor een gratis adviesgesprek. Volgens mijn informatie is hier niet concreet en adequaat op gereageerd. Ik zal hen vragen om je gegevens onmiddellijk te verwijderen. Natuurlijk begrijp ik je teleurstelling dat de verkoper voor een andere bieder heeft gekozen. U wist echter van tevoren dat er tijdens de bezichtiging meerdere biedingen waren uitgebracht en uiteraard maakt de verkoper de keuze (wij adviseren slechts). Ik hoop dat bovenstaande informatie de zaken voor u heeft verduidelijkt en dat u uw, naar mijn mening, teleurstellende Google-recensie zult heroverwegen. Don't buy a house with De Koning real estate agents! They don't even adhere to their own rules. Everyone was allowed to make a one-time bid before Friday at 10:00 AM. One winning bid would be chosen from all the bids. Although our bid wasn't the highest, it was still accepted (at 1:00 PM). The sellers preferred not to have expats in their old house. We had bought our dream house! When calling off the other candidates, an even higher bid came from those same expats. We received a message at 7:00 PM that it wasn't going through. We were still allowed to make an even higher bid.. Unfortunately, we couldn't do this since we had already offered above the appraisal value. In short, it’s scandalous how Mirjam Ohlenbusch of De Koning real estate agents treats her clients here are the facts: our bid over asking price, first expats bid over asking price, second expats bid over asking price. For the sale of our apartment, we had also asked Mirjam Ohlenbusch. She indicated that we could sell our apartment well because she has a number of friendly expats in her client base who always make the highest bids. This case stinks to high heaven!!
