Hele traject erg rommelig gelopen. opeens ander contactpersoon wat zeker kwam als een verassing. dit ging iets beter maar toen was t kwaad voor mij al geschied.
Jammer om te lezen dat u het verkoopproces als rommelig heeft ervaren. Na de wisseling hebben wij er alles aan gedaan om het traject op de beste wijze voort te zetten. We hebben intensief contact gehad, snel teruggekoppeld en suggesties direct opgepakt en uitgevoerd. Uiteindelijk heeft dit geresulteerd in een mooi verkoopresultaat. Zeer positieve ervaring met de heer Van Rossum, makelaar bij "De Koning & Partners Makelaars". De heer Van Rossum is deskundig, professioneel en duidelijk goed thuis in de markt. No action is being taken regarding the complaints procedure; it could just as well be scrapped. Unworthy of a broker. Objective and independent appraisal? Does that mean an appraiser can just say anything? You rather mean that amounts are mentioned that are irredeemable. And when we ask questions about this, they remain unanswered. A worthless appraisal for us. As a supplement: the judge agreed with us and crossed out Witzier's invoice!!!

We (also) do not find this pleasant, but it revolves around ethical principles. An appraisal report forms an important value in social interactions because involved third parties must also be able to make decisions based on it. Appraisers therefore act objectively and independently.
This is a very special realtor, Albert de Koning! This realtor can remarkably perform an appraisal of an entire farm in 1 day, WITHOUT going on site and (and apparently without the 4-eyes principle of another realtor) and then he charges 7260 euros and that amount is already withdrawn from your account that same day! And if you call about this, he starts to stutter and repeatedly says the legendary words 'I hear what you're saying'. This seems like fraud to us, but who are we?

The guidance and expertise are the key words. Mr. Kok knows exactly how to achieve the best price with the corresponding best party in a short term, which means the house is sold quickly. We have experienced Jan Kok's service as extremely pleasant. He has his files excellently organized, makes optimal use of the possibilities of Funda, ensures very beautiful documentation of the property and pays a lot of attention to the interested viewers.
