Wij waren al een tijdje op zoek naar een woning, maar ook wij merkten dat het lastig was om een huis te vinden deze woningmarkt. Via onze hypotheekadviseur kwamen wij terecht bij aankoopmakelaar Gewoon Marcel, en daar zijn we ontzettend blij mee geweest. Vooraf hebben we een prettig en open gesprek gehad met Marcel, waarna hij ons de ruimte gaf om er rustig over na te denken. Dat voelde meteen goed. Na een week hebben we besloten met hem in zee te gaan, en dat is absoluut de juiste keuze geweest. Marcel heeft ons gedurende het hele proces enorm goed begeleid. Wat vooral opviel, was zijn eerlijkheid. Ook op momenten dat wij zelf helemaal enthousiast waren over een woning, durfde hij kritisch te blijven en ons te wijzen op punten die minder goed bij ons pasten.
