DB real estate agents encountered while viewing a house. The house wasn't for us, but we felt a nice atmosphere with the selling agent and hired him as our purchasing broker. Be careful when bidding with this broker, even though Move is used, it's unfair bidding practices that stimulate the market to bid over. Nice if you are a seller, I would definitely recommend them then. Not when buying.

Regarding price/quality, I give it a 6 because the costs that the broker ultimately charges are high. Especially considering the effort required in the current overheated housing market. Furthermore, I think brokerage fees should be limited to a maximum amount.

Even after negotiating commission, a rather expensive real estate agent but I had a good feeling about him. If you call the real estate agent himself, he doesn't answer but only calls back after 36 hours, even if you request a callback through the office. Presumably, he takes on too much work which means you don't get much time with the real estate agent himself. He is knowledgeable, though.

He took the trouble to delve into the technical details and allocated extra time for viewings so he could explain everything. Furthermore, the service is flexible and fast; it feels as if you are the only client, truly superb. The buyer is also enthusiastic and chose Pieter as the real estate agent for the sale of his house. The sale went smoothly; Pieter maintains a good balance between aiming for a good return and simultaneously assessing what a reasonable price is given market conditions. His rate was slightly lower than that of two other agents. We are very satisfied!

Through De Koning real estate agents, I purchased an apartment in Mijdrecht. Jos was my purchasing agent. I experienced the collaboration with Jos as very positive. During viewings, Jos was always well-prepared with further information about the property and comparable properties. Afterwards, based on his observations and experience, he gave his honest opinion. This removed question marks and doubts regarding the condition, value, and future prospects of the property, allowing me to confidently place a bid. In addition, potentially interesting properties were conveniently shared via WhatsApp, and Jos and other employees always responded quickly to questions. The involved employees were also very helpful; for example, I was able to ride along to a viewing once.

Patient and helpful real estate agent. De Koning Makelaars in Woerden helped us with the purchase of a home. They assisted well in the preliminary phase, to ensure that if we made an offer, it was known beforehand that we could afford that amount. During the pandemic, they were patient and helpful in searching for a property. Furthermore, they were a good sparring partner in considering whether we really wanted to make an offer on a home. It was also very nice that we could ride along with our purchasing agent on the way to a property, precisely when we had car trouble. Moreover, we received a discount because we are selling our house through them and buying another one. Thanks to them, we made a well-considered decision in the purchase of our new home.

A good balance between business-like and human approach: after all, when selling/buying a house it is a 'life event' and there is certainly attention for this!
