Very pleasant man and team to be in contact with, but also to work with. They are very accessible, respond very quickly and have excellent knowledge of the real estate world. Everything considered, we thought we had bought a house but he refused to let me sign when I had it finalized, and then another buyer was allowed to offer 10000 less because they couldn't get it finalized while I, as the highest bidder, had it finalized.
