Date unknownDB real estate agents encountered while viewing a house. The house wasn't for us, but we felt a nice atmosphere with the selling agent and hired him as our purchasing broker. Very pleasant man and team to be in contact with, but also to work with. They are very accessible, respond very quickly and have excellent knowledge of the real estate world. We quickly found a house (with some luck too) and everything else went smoothly, very nice. Definitely recommended!

Communication mostly takes place via WhatsApp, which we experienced as very pleasant. Even when I went against his advice, he continued to think along and cooperated smoothly. He is creative, solution-oriented, and really thinks with you. Despite the enormous pressure on the housing market, I never felt like a number with Van Rhijn Makelaars. They were involved, fast, and always accessible. My house was ultimately sold well, and I was completely relieved of responsibility throughout the process. If you want to sell your property in Gouda or the surrounding area, then, as far as I'm concerned, Van Rhijn Makelaars is the right choice. Especially if you appreciate clear communication, a personal approach, and someone who stands by you from A to Z.

17 Dec 2024Bad experience with a nasty aftertaste. Does not honor agreements, is careless and unreasonable. Agreements made in move account were not kept. Incorrect data published in both the move account and the funda advertisement. When inquiring with the broker about this, he reacted defensively and extremely unreasonably. And washing hands of innocence. As a result, we have been misled and had to incur high extra costs. Afterwards, when asking around, other people shared a similar experience. Our advice would be not to enter into business with this real estate agent.

If you call the real estate agent himself, he doesn't answer but only calls back after 36 hours, even if you request a callback through the office. Presumably, he takes on too much work which means you don't get much time with the real estate agent himself. He is knowledgeable, though.

He took the trouble to delve into the technical details and allocated extra time for viewings so he could explain everything. Furthermore, the service is flexible and fast; it feels as if you are the only client, truly superb. The buyer is also enthusiastic and chose Pieter as the real estate agent for the sale of his house. The sale went smoothly; Pieter maintains a good balance between aiming for a good return and simultaneously assessing what a reasonable price is given market conditions. His rate was slightly lower than that of two other agents. We are very satisfied!
