Very pleasant man and team to be in contact with, but also to work with. They are very accessible, respond very quickly and have excellent knowledge of the real estate world. We quickly found a house (with some luck too) and everything else went smoothly, very nice. Definitely recommended!

07 Jan 2026De makelaar komt (veels) te laat en vraagt of we een andere dag kunnen. Even later aan app’je gekregen dat het niet kon. Na te bellen bleek het ons schuld te zijn omdat we niet op een reminder hebben gereageerd terwijl de makelaar zelf niet op tijd kwam… En nog is brutaal aan de telefoon. Geen goede ervaring jammer genoeg.

Geachte heer Kaya, Laten we het verhaal helemaal juist vertellen. Op maandagavond hebben wij u een reminder gestuurd van onze gemaakte afspraak ter bevestiging van onze afspraak om 09.00 op dinsdagochtend. Dinsdagochtend kom ik in een enorme file/wegblokkade te staan. Op tijd (om 08.30 uur) probeer ik u te bellen om mede te delen dat ik later zal aankomen, want ik stond echt muurvast. De telefoon wordt door u niet opgenomen en ik stuur u een app-bericht hierover. Tevens bel ik mijn collega op kantoor om u te blijven bellen, zodat de boodschap bij u terecht komt. Dit lukt om 08.50 uur. In dit gesprek met mijn collega geeft u aan dat u al dagen ziek bent en niet zal komen, maar dat u uw vriendin gaat vragen of zij kan komen. Dit vinden wij al bijzonder, want als wij u niet gebeld hadden, hadden we waarschijnlijk zowel u als uw vriendin niet op het gemaakte tijdstip bij de woning getroffen vanwege het feit dat u ziek was en zij nog niet wist dat ze moest komen. Met uw vriendin heeft mijn collega contact gezocht en besproken of zij er om 09.15 /09.30 zou kunnen zijn. Dit lukte bij haar niet ivm werkverplichtingen. Afgesproken met haar dat we nader contact zouden hebben over een eventuele nieuwe afspraak voor bezichtiging van de woning. Na overleg met mijn opdrachtgevers is er besloten geen nieuwe kijkdag/kijkmogelijkheid te organiseren ivm het drukke werkschema bij hen en de organisatie om het huis weer klaar te maken voor bezoek (ivm de aanwezige huisdieren). Dit hebben we u keurig medegedeeld. Later op de dag belt uw vriendin op om hierover verhaal te halen bij mijn collega op kantoor. Ik kan u zeggen dat mijn collega keurig uw vriendin te woord heeft gestaan (ik stond er namelijk letterlijk naast), echter dat uw vriendin een afspraak eiste en zich verre van behoorlijk gedroeg. Zoals in het telefoongesprek medegedeeld, is het een keuze van mijn opdrachtgever geweest en dat wij de berichtgever zijn van dit nieuws voor u. We begrijpen uw teleurstelling dat u de woning niet heeft kunnen bezichtigen vanwege uw ziek zijn, echter wij hebben ons best gedaan om een half uurtje later de woning te laten bezichtigen, waarvan uw vriendin zelf geen gebruik wenste te maken. Subsequently, after 2 days, I received an email back. A return phone call would have been appropriate!

A nice extra was that drone images of the area were made, and that much work was taken out of our hands. 07 Nov 2025About a year ago, we moved from Van der Zaanstraat 1 3317WT Dordrecht. Melvin de Makelaar represented the homeowner and behaved very impolitely towards us, the tenants, during checkout. First, they were late for our checkout appointment and then they told us that we had to pay for a dirty oven. We asked for it to be cleaned, which was 20 minutes of work, but he refused. Later, he deducted €250 from our deposit. Very impolite behavior, I would never recommend this real estate agent. By the way, I later complained to the owner and got my money back.

Dear Mesic family, It is surprising to see that more than a year after the end of your rental period, various family members are posting negative reviews. At that time we followed the standard and professional procedure. At the beginning of each rental period a detailed check-in report is made, and at the end a check-out report. These reports simply document the condition of the property at both times. As an estate agency, we are not involved in the withholding or determining of the deposit. We only record the current situation via the inspection reports, after which the owner makes the final decision. In your case, several problems were identified during the check-out, mainly regarding hygiene. These were clearly documented in the report and supported by photos. Although this is regrettable, it could have been easily avoided if you as the tenant had handed over the property clean and well maintained. We always strive to conclude each rental period respectfully and transparently, even when there is disappointment regarding the handling of the deposit. It is regrettable that incorrect online comments can give the impression something went wrong, while all documentation shows otherwise.
