Very pleasant man and team to be in contact with, but also to work with. They are very accessible, respond very quickly and have excellent knowledge of the real estate world. We quickly found a house (with some luck too) and everything else went smoothly, very nice. Definitely recommended!

03 Jul 2024Poor communication! He is not reachable by phone, or barely so. Called in vain for 2 days. Every time I got straight to voicemail. When you leave a message, you won't receive a call back. Subsequently, after 2 days, I received an email back. A return phone call would have been appropriate!

He guided us well through the sales process, and was the only one of the three brokers we had invited who came up with the good idea to have photos taken during our vacation. That pragmatic attitude is characteristic of Hans and decisive in our choice for him. We have not regretted that. Hans adapts easily and is flexible in his approach. He listens well to wishes and then gives good advice. He always responded within a day to our questions and he kept appointments. After some setbacks in our own purchase process, he recommended another skilled purchasing broker, Kersten. Which made us feel enormously helped. We can confirm, as several reviews already say, that Hans is a friendly, honest and skilled broker!
