02 Apr 2025Houtman & De Vogel. I had them highly rated as a real estate agent, but they really completely missed the mark. Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.

Vanaf het begin hadden we prettig contact met Ad, en later nam Mohamed het over vanwege vakanties. Tijdens de bezichtiging werd er ruim de tijd genomen om alles goed door te nemen en al onze vragen te beantwoorden. Ook in het verdere aankoopproces was Drieman zeer behulpzaam. Ook al was de aangeboden woning toch niet helemaal de onze; wij besloten om Drieman in te schakelen als onze aankoopmakelaar. Dat werd het begin van een heel plezierige samenwerking, eerst bij de aankoop van onze nieuwe woning en daarna ook, tot volle tevredenheid, bij de verkoop van onze huidige woning.
