Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.

Date unknownDB real estate agents encountered while viewing a house. The house wasn't for us, but we felt a nice atmosphere with the selling agent and hired him as our purchasing broker. Very pleasant man and team to be in contact with, but also to work with. They are very accessible, respond very quickly and have excellent knowledge of the real estate world. We quickly found a house (with some luck too) and everything else went smoothly, very nice. Definitely recommended!

Communication mostly takes place via WhatsApp, which we experienced as very pleasant. After a viewing, we quickly received feedback on how it went, and during the negotiation, we were kept well informed. The administrative handling also proceeded quickly and smoothly. If you would also like to sell your home quickly and for a good price, we definitely recommend DB Makelaars!
