By having the appraisal done here for the purchase of a home, we either had to pay an additional 10,000 euro or have another paid appraisal done by another party because the first appraisal was not real. Unfortunately, we had to incur extra costs as a result, which we could have prevented by not choosing Kleurrijk Makelaars.

Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.

04 Oct 2025Be aware of your deposit when renting through this agency. After almost three years of renting with Finke, I received a final inspection where a 10cm long scratch was noted. The inspector indicated that everything was in order and gave the impression that the tenancy had ended well. No instruction was given to me to remove this scratch before the end of the month. A week after the end of my rental period, I found out that all walls were repainted at a cost of 1500 euros, which came directly from my deposit. I disagreed with this - I could have painted it myself for 20 euros - and took it to court, where I was given the right side. I got my deposit back.

Since we found their service very neat and clear back then, we also put our house up for sale through them now. This time as well, the communication was very clear and personal. Ferenc thought carefully about the sales process and gave good tips on preparing the house for photos and viewings. The final handover was also very secure and thorough (in hindsight, much more thorough than when we bought our new house through another agent). All in all, a very nice cooperation.

07 Oct 2025We arrived in Rotterdam at the beginning of August. Verra was recommended to us by my husband's company and the future school of my children. Our realtor was a girl named Elicia, and I can only say that she was so kind, sweet, nice and helpful. Absolutely professional. Because this was our first time in the Netherlands, we had no idea how the market works here. We were used to a fast market and many viewings as quickly as possible. That is not the case here. Elicia was therefore extremely patient with us and especially with my mood at that moment 😬. She remained calm and acted well. She had to explain all government requirements, rules and regulations. Now we are happily living in an apartment to our taste, in a beautiful neighborhood of Rotterdam. Thank you Elicia and keep up the good work 😘

07 Sep 2025Regron carried out the valuation as part of our separation, at the request of the counterparty, who was also the client in this case. Unfortunately, this was an extremely negative experience. From the moment of entry, there was no introductory discussion or attempt to involve both owners in a respectful and equal manner. The appraiser focused solely on one party, failing to adopt any neutral stance. Throughout the entire process, communication only occurred with the counterparty, without informing or involving me as a co-owner. Even if the other party is the client, an appraiser should professionally and respectfully treat both owners – something that was completely lacking here. This created not only the impression but also the feeling that the valuation came about one-sidedly. The appraiser was clearly influenced by the counterparty, which resulted in an unnecessarily high valuation that needlessly complicates the buyout process. In a separation, a neutral, objective and careful approach is essential. Especially in such sensitive situations, an appraiser must act professionally, take into account emotions and tensions, and treat both parties equally. This was completely absent in this case. My experience is that Regron’s attitude makes it totally unsuitable for carrying out valuations in divorce situations.
