From the moment you want to start selling your house to the final sale, you can count on them. Strong points they have are constantly communicating appointments made in a tight and fast manner, and when you call them, they are also immediately sharp with all information about your file. They also work with the best people around them, the employees of Zibber, the photographer, the planners etc. The contacts I had with Jeroen were immediately pleasant and with lots of humor. With Mick, Ilse and Debbie, I could always switch quickly and they always knew how to answer my questions directly. Instead of following a transparent process, they manipulate the sale by only informing their preferred buyers and giving them the opportunity to outbid. This is pure fraud and utterly unprofessional. It's better to buy your house through an honest and reputable realtor β youβd better avoid this one!

By having the appraisal done here for the purchase of a home, we either had to pay an additional 10,000 euro or have another paid appraisal done by another party because the first appraisal was not real. Unfortunately, we had to incur extra costs as a result, which we could have prevented by not choosing Kleurrijk Makelaars.

Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.

They know the region inside and out and have a good overview of the offerings, as well as insight into the wishes of potential buyers. Ivo, my realtor, is very experienced, friendly and approachable. He personally took care of all viewings and managed to sell my house within a week. I am incredibly happy that after struggling for two months with another agency, I switched to this real estate agency.
