01 Dec 2024Sinds een paar jaar ben ik te vaste woning fotograaf voor Makelaarskantoor van Stralen. Een zeer betrokken en betrouwbaar makelaarskantoor. Jeroen streeft net als ik naar de allerhoogste kwaliteit voor de woning presentaties. Bij elke woning wordt dan ook het volledige pakket benut van foto’s, film, 3D tour en zelfs drone beelden aangevuld met sfeerfoto’s die het nu eenmaal heel goed doen op social media en Funda. Ook het contact met de binnendienst ervaar ik als heel prettig. Alle aanvragen worden snel en correct aan mij doorgegeven zodat ik snel opdrachten op de beste tijd in kan plannen, rekening houdend met het weer en lichtval om zo de beste beelden te maken. Kortom, makelaarskantoor van Stralen is een hele fijne makelaar om mee samen te werken waarvoor ik met plezier de mooiste woningpresentaties maak!

Instead of following a transparent process, they manipulate the sale by only informing their preferred buyers and giving them the opportunity to outbid. This is pure fraud and utterly unprofessional. It's better to buy your house through an honest and reputable realtor – you’d better avoid this one!

Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.

Gedurende het verkoopproces waren de lijnen kort. Wat ik bijzonder gewaardeerd heb is de snelle reactie op e-mail vragen en de professionaliteit die geboden werd zowel in adviezen, (pre) inspecties, het compleet krijgen van alle documentatie etc. Het is een fijn kantoor waar het prettig mee schakelen is.

April 2021 Dat snel schakelen mogelijk is, is bij MDM Makelaardij gebleken. Binnen 30 minuten na de bezichtiging moest ik een bod uitbrengen, Henriette heeft mij daar goed bij geholpen. En met resultaat: 2,5 uur later had ik een huis gekocht. Over het kopen van een paar schoenen doe ik langer... Bedankt Henriette!

Het appartement was aan renovatie toe en ze verwees mij door naar hele goede vakmensen die schilderden, die de keuken kochten en installeerden en een schoonmaakploeg voor de eindschoonmaak. Wij hebben gedurende de gehele renovatiefase zeer goed contact gehad, aangezien wij in Duitsland en Oostenrijk wonen! 19 Apr 2023De samenwerking met Henriette was heel open en prettig. Zij heeft in de periode oktober 2021 tot en met juni 2022 gezocht naar een passende seniorenwoning voor mijn ouders én gevonden. Mijn ouders, allebei 70+, hadden geen levensbestendig huis (koop) . Henriette zocht en vond een prachtig en voor mijn ouders betaalbare huurwoning. Zij ging uit van de wensen van mijn ouders. Zonder Henriette was het mijn ouders en ik niet gelukt om zo snel een nieuw en veilig huis te vinden. We zijn heel erg tevreden. Onze samenwerking rondden we af met een grote bos bloemen en bonbons.
