By having the appraisal done here for the purchase of a home, we either had to pay an additional 10,000 euro or have another paid appraisal done by another party because the first appraisal was not real. Unfortunately, we had to incur extra costs as a result, which we could have prevented by not choosing Kleurrijk Makelaars.

Instead of following a transparent process, they manipulate the sale by only informing their preferred buyers and giving them the opportunity to outbid. This is pure fraud and utterly unprofessional. It's better to buy your house through an honest and reputable realtor – you’d better avoid this one!

26 Sep 2025Immobilia: a warning for future tenants A year ago, we searched for a rental apartment through Immobilia. Everything seemed perfect during the viewing, but reality turned out to be very different. Even before we were sure if we would get the apartment, they already demanded all sorts of personal information—no privacy protection whatsoever. When I inquired about this, I was met with rude and unfriendly behavior from an employee. Ultimately, we did receive the apartment, but due to the bad experiences and negative stories from the neighborhood—which never came up during the viewing—we still decided not to go through with Immobilia. My advice: be warned, and do not deal with this real estate agent!

26 Sep 2025Experience with Immobilia and Domica Investments: What unprofessional and unreliable organizations these are! My experience with Immobilia and Domica Investments has been extremely negative, and I feel compelled to warn others about their unethical and illegal practices. 1. Unjustified accusations and collection practices Immobilia and Domica Investments unjustly claimed that I had not paid the rent for September 2025, despite having proof of payment. Instead of admitting their mistake, they blocked me on WhatsApp and refused to communicate further. This is highly unprofessional and demonstrates poor customer service. We have made the payment again, but if it turns out that this was already paid, we will report fraud and theft to the police. Additionally, we will immediately demand a fine of €181 (analogous to shoplifting) and hand over the claim directly to an enforcement officer. 2. Serious violations of GDPR Immobilia has committed serious violations of GDPR, including: Unnecessary and disproportionate data collection (Article 5(1)(c) GDPR). Lack of legal basis for sharing my personal information with Domica Investments (Article 6 GDPR). Violation of the purpose limitation principle (Article 5(1)(b) GDPR). Lack of transparency regarding the sharing of data with third parties (Article 13 GDPR). We have filed a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP) and will initiate legal proceedings against both Immobilia and Domica Investments. In this process, we will demand compensation of €1,000 per defendant in accordance with Article 82 GDPR. 3. Overpaid rent and outstanding statutory interest From February 2024 to January 2025, Domica Investments collected more than €600 per month in excess rent. Although they have returned this amount in installments, the statutory interest (€200) and collection costs (€915.95) remain outstanding. Despite our leniency, they refuse to pay these amounts. If they do not pay within 5 days, we will engage an enforcement officer and charge them all additional legal costs. 4. Childish and unprofessional behavior The conduct of Immobilia and Domica Investments is childish and unprofessional. Instead of admitting their mistakes and finding a solution, they block communication channels and attempt to unjustly collect money. This is unacceptable for a professional organization. 5. Legal steps and fraud report We have already taken legal action and will file a fraud report if it turns out that the payment was already made. Additionally, we will report Domica Investments to the municipality of Rotterdam for illegal rental practices. My advice to everyone: do not conduct business with Immobilia and Domica Investments! They act illegally, unprofessionally, and unethically. We will use all legal means to defend our rights and hold them accountable for their actions.

He opens the store, walks inside. I’m still standing outside the door. He remains on the phone, no smile or gesture towards me. Waited outside the door finally he said something so I went inside after we introduced ourselves. Had taken 3 steps into the store when he asked if I had any questions. Man, what logic did that person have? So unprofessional I’ve never experienced. Really a company of nothing. This is my personal experience. Too bad I can no longer place a review, so I'm writing it like this. Why on earth would you ask people to post something? The person you are referring to is a posting from 1 year ago, but alas and very unprofessional that you just pick up the story of your employee! Every story has two sides! Bikes at the front door, how on earth? The door is wide open! While I was waiting outside the door, a lady came walking by delivering newspapers, but oh well, I don’t feel like getting into a back-and-forth.

The broker arrived calmly and on time, walking while on the phone. It is true that you were waiting at the door, but you were standing there with another person, already chatting near a number of bicycles. For the broker, it is difficult to determine who is coming for a viewing. The broker opened the door, walked inside, and immediately ended his phone call. The first thing our brokers do is ensure that the property is presentable to make the viewing as pleasant as possible for the viewer. This involves checking whether it is necessary to turn on lamps or open curtains/blinds. In this case, the broker lit a few lamps. Subsequently, the broker politely asked if you were there for the viewing because you remained standing at the open door. He welcomed you by introducing himself and shaking your hand. He also asked you if you had any questions in advance after seeing the advertisement. This is a logical first question to ask in order to remove any uncertainties directly from the viewer. Perhaps you did not understand the question correctly. You answered the broker that you wanted to view the property and immediately started opening doors. Normally, our brokers view the property together with the viewer. After three minutes, you decided that the property was not what you were looking for and left the property.
