Instead of following a transparent process, they manipulate the sale by only informing their preferred buyers and giving them the opportunity to outbid. This is pure fraud and utterly unprofessional. Even when we weren't sure yet that we were going to emigrate, Mark immediately took the time to come by for an introduction and inventory. Once we got the green light, we could switch super quickly. I am super happy with both 1) Koen is simply amazing, and it's so nice to work with him. We felt his constant care and customer-focused approach throughout the entire process. He demonstrated clear and honest communication, followed by 'walk the talk' 2) The back office works very well and makes everything super smooth. We enjoyed the accessibility and responsiveness via all communication channels, incl. emails and WhatsApp from both Koen and the great team in the back office. Our transaction could have been very stressful and gotten out of hand in a short time. But we felt none of that, except for a relaxed transaction. I can only recommend such an amazing team and it was a pleasure to work with them.

20 May 2024Real estate agents are fine. They think along well and know the market very well. They keep to their agreements. But the back office is a drama. Sloppy, slow and incomplete. They say they will put our house on social media and don't do it, we have to call them 3 times to receive a blank list of items, send incorrect payment reminders... mistakes can happen but this is structural. I think that because of this, we didn't get the optimal price for our house.

We put our house up for sale in a difficult time, when the market had completely collapsed and we were already living abroad, but Koen and the entire team were amazing. In a clear, proactive, and careful manner, they guided us through every step. They listened well and respected our choices, but also gave honest advice. All staff responded quickly, whether to questions sent to the office or by giving feedback after showing people around the property. This was because the house we bought was listed with van Dullinck and we were super good and professionally helped by Koen and Floris and all the ladies at the office. We really couldn't have made a better choice. A lot of knowledge about Zoetermeer, that felt right. Very quick response times, Thursday on Funda, Saturday national open houses day and sold on Monday. If there is news, you get a phone call directly and if you have questions, there is always someone who helps you kindly. In short, a TOP real estate agent!

In your case, you rented a property from us in the center of Rotterdam, with many restaurants and businesses in the immediate vicinity. We regret to hear that you experienced nuisance from this. 05 Jul 2024This is by far the worst rental company I have ever dealt with. They have no customer focus, but are only focused on getting your money. Expect no help from them, just difficulties, and ultimately they will try to retain your deposit without any justification or explanation, which is quite ironic considering they didn't care about the repairs needed before you started your contract. And of course, they won't tolerate any criticism.

Dear Monica, What a pity to read that you are not satisfied with the check-out and the service of our company. We represent the interests on behalf of the landlord. You left the property, which was unfortunately not in the condition in which you found it. We have noted this and passed it on to the landlord. Among other things, the cleaning was not up to standard and several movable items were missing. Also, the door hardware of the front door broke during the move. For replacing the door hardware, the landlord has withheld an amount of € 112.50 from the security deposit. However, the costs for e.g. cleaning and replacement of the missing movable items are much higher. The landlord has indicated the following: --- The complaints directed towards Immobilia are unfounded. Immobilia have always promptly relayed customers remarks and complaints to the owner, who ultimately decides on any actions to be taken. Thus, while some complaints may be valid, Immobilia is not to blame. Immobilia has always responded promptly to my requests. --- We depend on the landlord to proceed with paying out the remainder of the security deposit. After approval from the landlord, we have transferred the funds to you. We are sorry again to read that you are not satisfied with our service, however we cannot agree with this. Team Immobilia

He knows how houses are positioned on the market and how much interest there is. In addition, he can tell a lot about the structural condition of a house during a viewing. He sees things that we don't see. This allows him to give good advice about any additional costs you should take into account if you want to purchase the property. Jim listens to your wishes and always gives his honest opinion, which we, as first-time homebuyers, have found very pleasant. Ultimately, we bought a beautiful home. Without Jim, this would never have happened!
