Instead of following a transparent process, they manipulate the sale by only informing their preferred buyers and giving them the opportunity to outbid. This is pure fraud and utterly unprofessional. It's better to buy your house through an honest and reputable realtor – you’d better avoid this one!

28 Aug 2025In the period May – August, we hired MDM real estate agency to help us sell the house. She reacted alertly and quickly and had already done her homework prior to the first appointment. She indicated for which price similar properties in the street had been sold before, critically but positively assessed the condition of our house and provided a proposal with a sales strategy. The strategy seemed good to us and her asking price was well-reasoned. Within 10 working days, photos and video recordings of the house were made with professional quality and placed on Funda. A flyer was also distributed in the neighborhood. We could follow the interest ourselves on Funda and a week later the first viewings took place. A week later, the first three bids came in and we were pleased to note that there was a good offer. The process from bid to sale was handled punctually and efficiently and overdracht (transfer) could take place in mid-August. Looking back, I give the following profile for MDM real estate agency: Professional, efficient, punctual, focus on client’s interest, honest and friendly. On the next occasion, we will call her first.

Luckily, we found our house at the second house we viewed. The bidding process was new to us but that wasn't a problem. Henriëtte was able to tell us all the tips and tricks to ensure that we got the house. After we had placed the winning bid on the house, Henriëtte guided us through the entire purchase process. For all questions, she was ready. I would not hesitate to hire her again to buy a house.

April 2021 That quick action is possible has been demonstrated at MDM Makelaardij. Within 30 minutes after the viewing I had to make an offer, Henriette helped me well with that. He was already very friendly during the viewing and could tell a lot about the apartment and the neighborhood, and he could answer my questions (which unfortunately wasn't the case with other sales brokers). His transparency and honesty were very pleasant during the viewing. When I heard that my offer had been accepted and the arrangement of the follow-up steps began, Dennis was very helpful and his communication was clear and very fast. He also made time on a Saturday to calmly review the purchase agreement. He has the best interests at heart for both the seller and the buyer. I experienced the entire process as very pleasant with Dennis' help and would certainly have wanted him as my purchasing broker if my search for a home had lasted longer.
