Ervaring als koper Als iemand die al meer dan een jaar op zoek is naar een huis, was dit verreweg de meest frustrerende ervaring die ik heb gehad. Er was geen e-mailbevestiging voor de bezichtiging, waardoor waarschijnlijk meerdere mensen de bezichtiging hebben gemist. Belangrijke documenten werden niet tijdens de bezichtiging gedeeld. Ondanks herhaaldelijk navragen reageerde de makelaar laat en meestal zonder enige zinvolle update. Uiteindelijk ontvingen we de documenten pas één dag voor de deadline voor het indienen van een bod. Vervolgens verloren we 3-4 kostbare weken met onze hypotheekaanvraag vanwege onjuiste gegevens in de koopovereenkomst. Zowel de verkoper als wij moesten de overeenkomst 4-5 keer ondertekenen vanwege herhaalde wijzigingen. Ik moest zelf onderzoek doen en de juiste informatie aan de makelaar verstrekken, wat onacceptabel is voor een professionele dienstverlening. Als verkoper raad ik u ten zeerste af om met deze makelaar in zee te gaan. Als koper raad ik u aan hun advertenties te negeren. Het bespaart u tijd, geld en een hoop onnodige stress.

For several months now, we have experienced significant problems with the tenant renting this location. Reporting to the owner and Mares has not been helpful. It concerns a garage box that we had hoped would be used for parking cars. However, in practice, we see that this tenant runs a commercial car business and sells cars. It is difficult to watch as potential buyers frequently double park their cars and negotiate the purchase price of their new vehicle right in front of the garage. Additionally, we notice that public parking spaces are being used to park cars that do not fit inside the garage box. Cars with green license plates are parked at various locations around our neighborhood, forcing direct neighbors to find parking elsewhere.
