Instead of following a transparent process, they manipulate the sale by only informing their preferred buyers and giving them the opportunity to outbid. This is pure fraud and utterly unprofessional. It's better to buy your house through an honest and reputable realtor – you’d better avoid this one!

29 Dec 2024They swindle you as a buyer for a few cents. I would advise everyone to go around a house being sold by this real estate agent with a wide berth. We bought a house which turns out to stink terribly of cat feces, this was not noticed by us, the appraiser and technical inspector by first ventilating the house or something similar. In addition, they play information about bidding when you have bid on multiple houses, and indicate that you should call them before the end of the bidding if you really want the house so you can make a higher bid, this is prohibited.

You understand that we did not have this immediately available and therefore informed you that we would report back to you on this matter. You received this water meter reading within half an hour from us. Apparently, this was not fast enough for you and you decided to leave a negative and unfair review. Furthermore, you accuse us of discrimination. Firstly, we work daily with people of diverse nationalities. Secondly, you are using terms such as 'servants'. We believe that this language stems from a period in which discrimination was common and we explicitly distance ourselves from it.
