Instead of following a transparent process, they manipulate the sale by only informing their preferred buyers and giving them the opportunity to outbid. This is pure fraud and utterly unprofessional. It's better to buy your house through an honest and reputable realtor – you’d better avoid this one!

Vanaf het eerste vrijblijvende oriënterende gesprek tot de uiteindelijke dag van passeren was het contact en de service uitstekend. Met name de feedback na de bezichtigingen was erg fijn. 07 Jan 2025Bedotten je als koper voor een paar centen. Ik zou iedereen aanraden om met een grote boog om een huis dat verkocht wordt door deze makelaar heen te gaan. Wij hebben een huis gekocht welke verschrikkelijk naar uitwerpselen van katten blijkt te stinken, dit is ons, de taxateur en technisch inspecteur niet opgevallen door het huis eerst uitvoerend te luchten of iets dergelijks. Daarnaast spelen zij informatie over bieden door wanneer je op meerdere huizen geboden hebt, en geven zij aan dat je ze voor het sluiten van het bieden even moet bellen als je het huis echt wil zodat je een hoger bod kan doen, dit is verboden.

19 Mar 2024Respectloos, omhooggevallen en zeer ongeduldige bediendes in dienst bij Sander van der Togt. Er werd letterlijk gezegd: prima als je het niet koopt, verkopen we het toch aan een ander? Ze doen alsof het een gunst is die ze jou verlenen als je bij hun een woning koopt. Racistisch ook vanuit de ogen, niet normaal.

u kocht in 2021 via onze bemiddeling een woning in Diemen en belt nu bijna 3 jaar later met ons kantoor om te informeren naar de watermeterstand van destijds. U begrijpt dat wij deze niet direct voorhanden hadden en hebben u daarom aangegeven dat wij u daarover zouden berichten. U heeft deze watermeterstand binnen een half uur van ons ontvangen. Kennelijk was dit voor u niet snel genoeg en heeft u besloten om een nare en onterechte review achter te laten. Bovendien verwijt u ons discriminatie. Ten eerst werken wij dagelijks met mensen van uiteenlopende nationaliteiten. Ten tweede strooit u notabene met termen als 'bediendes'. Wij zijn van mening dat dit taalgebruik stamt uit een periode waarin discriminatie gebruikelijk was en willen ons daar dan ook uitdrukkelijk van distantiëren.

19 Mar 2024Voor het eerste een huis gekocht. Super spannende ervaring wat vele vragen met zich meebrengt. Gelukkig hadden wij Dimitris als makelaar die wij elk moment van de dag konden bereiken. Heel fijn als je in de avond nog aan het piekeren bent en je een telefoontje kan plegen en gerust kan slapen. Veel kennis en enorm flexibel!
