They swindle you as a buyer for a few cents. I would advise everyone to go around a house being sold by this real estate agent with a wide berth. We bought a house which turns out to stink terribly of cat feces, this was not noticed by us, the appraiser and technical inspector by first ventilating the house or something similar. In addition, they play information about bidding when you have bid on multiple houses, and indicate that you should call them before the end of the bidding if you really want the house so you can make a higher bid, this is prohibited.
