Of u nu verkoper of koper bent, blijf ver weg van dit bedrijf. Ik heb een appartement verkocht via Beeuwkes. Ze plaatsten een advertentie waarin stond dat er een dakterras bij zat, wat niet het geval was, en logen tijdens de bezichtigingen. Het gevolg was dat wat ik verkocht had niet hetzelfde was als wat de koper dacht te hebben gekocht. Meer dan een jaar later hebben zowel de koper als ik aanzienlijke juridische kosten gemaakt. Fred van Beeuwkes gaf aanvankelijk de fout toe en verzekerde me dat ze een claim zouden indienen bij hun verzekering. Nu zit ik echter verwikkeld in een juridische strijd met de verzekeringsmaatschappij, die alles ontkent. Door dit incident ben ik al mijn winst kwijtgeraakt die ik in meer dan 20 jaar met het appartement heb opgebouwd. De verzekeringsmaatschappij bood me € 20.000 aan compensatie aan, wat niet eens mijn juridische kosten dekt. ​​Ik heb een rechtszaak lopen. De koper heeft ook aanzienlijke kosten gemaakt en heeft nog steeds niet wat hij dacht te hebben gekocht. Dit bedrijf liegt tegen zowel kopers als verkopers om snel winst te maken met vastgoed en commissies te innen. Indien nodig kan ik aanvullend bewijsmateriaal voor deze beweringen leveren. Very unprofessional conduct from the real estate agent. We went to view a house and the agent indicated that we could calmly consider it over the weekend, as Monday afternoon was the deadline for submitting a bid. So we submitted the offer on the weekend, only to receive notification that the house had already been sold. We were later called by the agent who apologized nicely and provided an explanation. Tip: stick to the process.

Beeuwkes rules! We chose Beeuwkes after a viewing of another house. That house wasn't quite right for us, but we were pleasantly surprised by Beat Beeuwkes. Not such a slick realtor, but a cheerful, amiable man who had thoroughly familiarized himself with the seller’s home and possessed expertise. Beat takes his time, is interested, and has a sense of humor. When we wanted to sell our own house, we spoke with several realtors. We didn't have the same good feeling with anyone else as we did with Beat Beeuwkes. We absolutely do not regret this choice.
