I sent an email to this real estate agent with the question and an offer on a house we were interested in. Our offer was below the asking price and we already thought we would get a no, but hey, we thought no, you can't have it, yes you can. Then we received a reply that our offer wasn't taken seriously and that it was a waste of their time and it takes time to get into this. Strange, right? Because an email is there if you have questions. A pity that a real estate agent would react like this!
