Therefore, we decided to hire a purchasing agent, despite initially thinking we could do it ourselves. Afterwards, it turned out to be the smartest choice we could have made. We looked for a purchasing agent who was active in the neighborhoods where we were searching. After sending 14 emails, we scheduled 10 introductory meetings. Every agent had a good story to tell, whether they worked at a large agency or as an independent broker. Some were very proactive, while others were more hesitant and would only actively search during a second appointment. However, we wanted someone who would think along with us directly and help us react quickly to new homes. During the conversations, one agent stood out: Chey & Sharon from Swaneveld Estate.
