In 2021 I had a bad experience with this company. I did receive 'advice' on buying a house and closing a mortgage, but when problems arose with the bank, they let the problem pass by. In 2023 I worked directly with the bank for my mortgage and that went positively. This shows that you have to be careful about who you can trust. Sorry for the negative words, but it was really a negative experience!

We are an expat family with a high six-figure salary. Our reputation is far from dubious. We went to view an apartment (2000 euros rent per month) and made a bid of 1900 euros, although we were willing to pay the full price (2000 euros). Two days later, the price on Funda had been lowered to 1800 euros, without us being informed. We had to chase the real estate agent ourselves, but she was unreachable. We had to personally go to Onesta's office and apparently they had no idea of the new price. Our bid of 1900 euros was rejected and the real estate agent was 'surprised' by the new price on Funda. After two weeks, the apartment is still listed for 1800 euros on Funda. How can this discrimination be explained? Very unprofessional, a waste of time and loss for the landlord! Absolutely disastrous!

Absolutely unprofessional. I had an inspection arranged with them, a week after I contacted them for an apartment (while an earlier date was possible for me!). They then cancelled the inspection a day in advance because the apartment had already been rented out. How is it possible that an apartment is rented out before all viewings are completed? I have simply wasted my time with this real estate agency. And when I complained, I was told that it wasn't unprofessional, 'but just how it works'. This company is a joke.
