In 2021 I had a bad experience with this company. I did receive 'advice' on buying a house and closing a mortgage, but when problems arose with the bank, they let the problem pass by. In 2023 I worked directly with the bank for my mortgage and that went positively. This shows that you have to be careful about who you can trust. Sorry for the negative words, but it was really a negative experience!

Again, my appraisal report was arranged within a few days for a fair price with an appraised market value according to expectations. I can therefore recommend Onesta to everyone in The Hague and surrounding areas for appraisals.

We are an expat family with a high six-figure salary. Our reputation is far from dubious. We went to view an apartment (2000 euros rent per month) and made a bid of 1900 euros, although we were willing to pay the full price (2000 euros). Two days later, the price on Funda had been lowered to 1800 euros, without us being informed. We had to chase the real estate agent ourselves, but she was unreachable. We had to personally go to Onesta's office and apparently they had no idea of the new price. Our bid of 1900 euros was rejected and the real estate agent was 'surprised' by the new price on Funda. After two weeks, the apartment is still listed for 1800 euros on Funda. How can this discrimination be explained? Very unprofessional, a waste of time and loss for the landlord! Absolutely disastrous!

Absolutely unprofessional. I had an inspection arranged with them, a week after I contacted them for an apartment (while an earlier date was possible for me!). They then cancelled the inspection a day in advance because the apartment had already been rented out. How is it possible that an apartment is rented out before all viewings are completed? I have simply wasted my time with this real estate agency. And when I complained, I was told that it wasn't unprofessional, 'but just how it works'. This company is a joke.

This is undoubtedly the worst real estate agency that my husband and I have ever had to deal with in the Netherlands. It is now almost two weeks since we viewed an apartment that we liked and for which we submitted an application. Every time we contacted Onesta, we were told that there had still been no response from the landlord and that we therefore had to wait. Last Friday, 10 days after the viewing, we sent them an e-mail again asking them to kindly contact the landlord, as time was running out and we might have other options. A few minutes later, we received a curt 'NO' from one of the agents - K* (who was also present during the viewing). I am quite certain that she did not actually bother to contact the landlord, but simply rejected us so that we would no longer press them - and we were indeed pressing, because we had been waiting way too long and needed to move as soon as possible, haha. The apartment is still on their website, naturally. And even if that were not the case, if she wanted to prove how good her real estate agency was, she could have shown us other apartments that we could rent without losing customers. Since almost every expat knows how difficult and stressful it is to find a place to live here, this real estate agency can only make things worse. You could wait endlessly and become extremely stressed. Any other real estate agency would have kept us informed within a few days, but this office seems to be doing absolutely nothing. We even asked our lawyer, and he found it strange that we had to wait so long and advised us to look further if possible. There are also no updates on their website, which shows how lazy, irresponsible and completely unprofessional the people who work there are. I would not even recommend them to my worst enemy.
