My partner and I were very well helped by Avenir Vastgoed. Dewy was always there to answer our questions, and we could turn to her with all our 'new to the housing market greenhorns' questions. We really felt well taken care of. Someone from Avenir always accompanied us on viewings, which was also very nice. The system with a group app where things were quickly responded to and handled, works super. Also the cooperation with the mortgage advisor was very nice.

Terrible experience with Avenir Vastgoed. Extremely unprofessional service during the procedure. I would not recommend it to anyone. But if you are a racist towards all expats, this is the best choice for you!

In this specific case, however, we feel compelled to respond due to the extremely unfair nature of this review and the serious accusation of racism. Unfortunately, our experience with this person was very unpleasant. During the viewing, she behaved so disrespectfully that we had to offer our apologies to the other present visitors, who were visibly shocked by the way she spoke to us. In short: if real estate agents could assess viewers, that would be a 1-star review and a ban on future viewings. We treat everyone with respect and expect the same from them.

We had responded to a property, unfortunately we didn't become the owners at that time, but we still received good news because there was a property above it for sale.
