Jan was heel vriendelijk en meedenkend. Het was een verlengde, nogal moeilijke traject en hij blijf geduldig en behulpzaam.

We zijn heel goed begeleid door Mevrouw Charlotte Parker Brady met de verkoop van ons appartement. Altijd bereikbaar en aanspreekbaar. Het was een lastige prijsonderhandeling. Zij heeft dat perfect uit onderhandeld. Wij zijn / waren zeer tevreden.

Charlotte heeft ons enorm geholpen toen we het huis vonden. Ze heeft ons zeer goed geadviseerd over wat we moesten bieden en zo hebben we uiteindelijk net het winnende bod gekregen op ons droomhuis.

Eerste contact met Charlotte verliep erg vlot en zeer informeel. Ze gaf ook duidelijk aan wat een reële verkoopprijs zou zijn voor de woning i.p.v. zogenaamde luchtkastelen. Communicatie met de backoffice verliep ook erg vlot en duidelijk. Overdacht van alle informatie naar collega Coert i.v.m. vakantie van Charlotte is prima gegaan en binnen twee weken is er een bod uitgebracht op de woning. Extreem onbetrouwbaar, terwijl ik in gesprek was over aankoop van een pand werd het onderhands aan iemand anders gegund. Ik mocht niet eens meer een bod doen. Dit werd ook niet teruggekoppeld aan de verkopende partij. Zowel voor de verkoper als koper geen goede zaak.

Ik heb met Neils vW te maken gehad, die ook onprofessioneel was. Ze nemen geen contact op en je krijgt geen enkele indicatie of je je documenten wel of niet moet versturen. De agent was eerder uit bed dan dat hij serieus genomen werd. Dit was mijn eerste ervaring met een woning in Den Haag, ik hoop dat dit niet voor anderen geldt.
