I would not recommend this realtor. We chose Anna's Makelaardij because of its small size and good ratings on Funda. The realtor is friendly and accommodating in communication. The initial estimate of the selling price proved to be incorrect. We relied too much on their supposed expertise, which may have delayed the sale and resulted in a lower return than expected. In my opinion, sufficient anticipation of current market developments was lacking. Organizing viewing moments for potential buyers is handled appropriately. Negotiation strategy, sales options, regular feedback on progress or feedback from potential buyers often had to come from us as sellers. There was little proactive feedback and little initiative.

Worst uninterested realtor ever. As a potential buyer, you should expect that the selling realtor knows (almost) everything about the property and can tell you something about it. This realtor didn't try his best to find answers to our questions; he simply wasn't in the mood for it. No response was given to appointment requests via Funda. Submitted an online request for a viewing twice. Only after telephone contact could I make an appointment for the following week. At our request to be allowed to see the garden, we were let outside to wander around. The house was locked up and the realtor left. There we stood in the garden without a realtor. Bizarre experience! Imagine this is your selling realtor!

I asked this broker to provide an advisory sale price for a property that needed to be sold quickly. Ms. Vera Wessel came with a sale price 20% below the WOZ value (!). In my opinion, her intention was not to bring the property onto the market but to sell it privately to someone she knew. Of course, I did not enter into an agreement with this brokerage firm; this review is to warn others.

Beste Michael, we zijn erg verbaasd over je reactie. We hebben je een offerte gestuurd met het voorstel om je woning op Funda aan te bieden. Als onderbouwing van de vraagprijs hebben we een lijst met referentiepanden toegevoegd. De reden dat wij een vraagprijs onder de WOZ waarde hebben geadviseerd (10% en niet 20%) had te maken met de niet-actieve VvE, de zeer beperkte woonruimte, het ontbreken aan buitenruimte en slechte staat van onderhoud (mede van het benedenhuis). Jammer dat je overigens niet zelf aanwezig was bij ons bezoek aan het huis, dan hadden we je ter plekke kunnen wijzen op de factoren waarop wij onze waardering baseren. Ook hadden we je dan tips kunnen geven om het huis aantrekkelijker te maken.
