Mijn neef en ik hebben samen met Christian van Welp Makelaardij het vier-kamer-appartememt van onze oudere oom verkocht. Christian is een heel prettige, aimabele persoon die goed verstand heeft van de huizenmarkt in Wassenaar. Hij kwam met een sterk onderbouwd voorstel voor de verkoop van het appartement en bleef gedurende de verkoopperiode goed in contact. Met een maand was het huis verkocht, maar ook nadien bleven Christian en zijn collega's bij Welp voor ons beschikbaar en werd alles netjes voor ons afgehandeld. Het persoonlijk contact gedurende de gehele periode sprak mij zeer aan. Wat mij betreft is Welp Makelaardij een aanrader!

Generally good experiences with Welp. They are expert, we felt in good hands during both the purchase and sale, had good advice but do let you make your own choice. We gave slightly less for service and guidance because it sometimes really took a while to get an answer and during handover with holidays it sometimes also left something to be desired. The best real estate agency in Wassenaar and surrounding areas! Due to COVID travel restrictions, we had to put our house for sale from abroad without being able to travel to the Netherlands until the sales agreement was already signed. This is of course not an easy situation and requires more help and a proactive attitude from the real estate agency, especially excellent communication. Welp Makelaardij and particularly Erik van de Tak and the ladies from the office have met all our expectations, were always punctual with information and were always easily accessible when we had questions. The sales process was smooth, the negotiation with the buyers also went excellently, overall we are very satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend Welp Makelaardij!

Stay away from this realtor. He actively tries to let a term expire so he can file a 10% claim. Works with Hypotheekadvies Scheveningen (Mr. Kamran) and becomes unreachable before the deadline expires. It's safer to avoid this realtor, but if you still want to do business with him. Be prepared for this fraudulent practice.

Initially satisfied with Welp, but after buying our house a problem with the neighbor came to light. This issue had been ongoing for some time and the real estate agent was aware of it. It was impossible to discuss the matter with the real estate agent, Erik van der Tak. He was too busy with other houses was his excuse. Joost Welp wanted to consult but felt that we were in the wrong because the seller would resolve the issue. Both agents failed to check the matter or comply with their duty of disclosure. The notary also indicated that this is not proper.
