Date unknownI too unfortunately stood before a closed door with my family. Disappointed as can be. The realtor doesn't pick up when you call and doesn't respond on WhatsApp either. No more business with this company for me. Response to the message below from I4 Housing: 'This does not align with the service we offer as a real estate agency and what we stand for.' Why aren't calls picked up or returned? My family and I stood in front of the house for over 30 minutes without any contact. Then it is said that a call was made, and another says an email was sent. Very strange when people don’t know what each other are doing. No emails were overlooked, I checked it about 30 times. It's very unfortunate that things had to go this way. I would not think this is a pleasant experience for prospective buyers either.

Instead of following a transparent process, they manipulate the sale by only informing their preferred buyers and giving them the opportunity to outbid. This is pure fraud and utterly unprofessional. It's better to buy your house through an honest and reputable realtor – you’d better avoid this one!

By having the appraisal done here for the purchase of a home, we either had to pay an additional 10,000 euro or have another paid appraisal done by another party because the first appraisal was not real. Date unknownVery disappointed in the service of Gravestate Makelaardij. Three years ago, I entrusted them with the rental of my two properties in Wassenaar. Initially, everything seemed to be proceeding as agreed, but only after almost two years did I discover that they unilaterally and without my knowledge had made significant changes to the final agreement. These adjustments, intended to correct inconsistencies in the initial agreements, unfortunately led to considerable financial damage. My repeated attempts to resolve this through conversations with Selina Schmidt were ignored; my emails remained unanswered. This lack of professionalism and transparency is unacceptable and makes this real estate agent unreliable.

You conducted business with Nicole van Dijk three years ago. You are an investor and understandably, you now prefer to sell the apartment that you purchased as an investment. Unfortunately, the law states 'a purchase does not break a lease'. As a real estate agent, I cannot change that. You signed a rental deed back then as a professional investor, which you later claim you did not know what you were signing. My door is always open for discussion, but I cannot undo a signed deed. It is also unfortunate that you wrote a very positive review at the time; you have removed that review and posted a new one. We all attribute the situation we are in to the new tax system. That ensures that small investors are the victims.

From the very first contact with Scheggetman Real Estate, it felt like I was becoming part of an exclusive VIP club. Not only was Carla faster than light in responding, she also knew exactly what I was looking for – even before I realized it myself. Carla is a combination of house whisperer, negotiation guru and real estate sorceress. Every viewing felt like a private performance. She paid attention to every detail of the house. And the negotiating? No idea what she did exactly, but I got the deal of the century. Communication was seamless. I even received updates at night. I’m starting to suspect that she doesn't sleep. Or is just supernaturally dedicated. Or both. Carla has a huge network and knows the right people everywhere. Whether it’s a structural inspection, a notary or a handyman – you are never left to your own devices. She arranges it. Always. What I also really appreciated: she is completely transparent.
