Date unknownI too unfortunately stood before a closed door with my family. Disappointed as can be. The realtor doesn't pick up when you call and doesn't respond on WhatsApp either. No more business with this company for me. Response to the message below from I4 Housing: 'This does not align with the service we offer as a real estate agency and what we stand for.' Why aren't calls picked up or returned? My family and I stood in front of the house for over 30 minutes without any contact. Then it is said that a call was made, and another says an email was sent. Very strange when people don’t know what each other are doing. No emails were overlooked, I checked it about 30 times. It's very unfortunate that things had to go this way. I would not think this is a pleasant experience for prospective buyers either.

A nice house came up for sale in Wassenaar and my wife called immediately. The viewing date was booked. Despite her being one of the first callers, her appointment was only scheduled a week later. A day before the viewing she was then called that it was too full and her appointment had to be scheduled a week later. Two days before that appointment she was called that she no longer needed to come because there were already several offers in the meantime. We are very disappointed with this way of doing things.

One time they blame it on a “bug” in their system and another time on it ending up in the spam folder. Also things like receiving a message at 00:30 am about an appointment for the same morning and whether you can open the door because the realtor cannot themselves. Be wise and sometimes a cheap deal is not the best.

The photos were great and I think they really helped with the marketing of the house. Rob took the time to make sure we did everything we needed to do, because selling a house in the Netherlands is very different than in the United Kingdom. We will be sad to leave this house, but we wish the new owners a nice life there.

By having the appraisal done here for the purchase of a home, we either had to pay an additional 10,000 euro or have another paid appraisal done by another party because the first appraisal was not real. Date unknownVery disappointed in the service of Gravestate Makelaardij. Three years ago, I entrusted them with the rental of my two properties in Wassenaar. Initially, everything seemed to be proceeding as agreed, but only after almost two years did I discover that they unilaterally and without my knowledge had made significant changes to the final agreement. These adjustments, intended to correct inconsistencies in the initial agreements, unfortunately led to considerable financial damage. My repeated attempts to resolve this through conversations with Selina Schmidt were ignored; my emails remained unanswered. This lack of professionalism and transparency is unacceptable and makes this real estate agent unreliable.

You conducted business with Nicole van Dijk three years ago. You are an investor and understandably, you now prefer to sell the apartment that you purchased as an investment. Unfortunately, the law states 'a purchase does not break a lease'. As a real estate agent, I cannot change that. You signed a rental deed back then as a professional investor, which you later claim you did not know what you were signing. My door is always open for discussion, but I cannot undo a signed deed. It is also unfortunate that you wrote a very positive review at the time; you have removed that review and posted a new one. We all attribute the situation we are in to the new tax system. That ensures that small investors are the victims.
