One time they blame it on a “bug” in their system and another time on it ending up in the spam folder. Also things like receiving a message at 00:30 am about an appointment for the same morning and whether you can open the door because the realtor cannot themselves. Be wise and sometimes a cheap deal is not the best.

The photos were great and I think they really helped with the marketing of the house. Rob took the time to make sure we did everything we needed to do, because selling a house in the Netherlands is very different than in the United Kingdom. We will be sad to leave this house, but we wish the new owners a nice life there.

By having the appraisal done here for the purchase of a home, we either had to pay an additional 10,000 euro or have another paid appraisal done by another party because the first appraisal was not real. Unfortunately, we had to incur extra costs as a result, which we could have prevented by not choosing Kleurrijk Makelaars.

Date unknownAs a buyer's agent, we have not had good experiences with him. Throughout the entire process of buying a house, we felt like we were completely alone and didn't have an agent to support us. And so often he acted as if we weren’t his clients when we tried to ask something from the buyer. Even once he said in his email that I will speak with the buyer’s agent if I return; he didn’t do it and when we asked him about it. He just sent an email and the tone was like a reprimand for us. Also, he did not warn us during the final inspection of the house about all electronic devices, especially the central heating boiler, even though he also realized that the device has problems. He has a lot of experience with these kinds of things, but somehow he decided to say nothing, and during the final inspection we missed many things without any notification. When we finally talked about these things, he said that you had already signed the definitive chequepaper. Really, so professional!! As a client, I do not have confidence in him as a buyer's agent! Editing and Adding! It precisely shows what I mean from my above review. You act like you are always right and don’t even try to listen to the customer! And it is not nice to write the address of one of your clients. It shows what kind of person you are! It shows how you behave when you receive negative feedback! Last remarks 1. These are not accusations, they are the truth. 2. Your previous response has been removed by Google because you violated the privacy of your client by writing my home address here!

Dear Erhan, I am not going to refute all the accusations, but I do want to mention that we had a structural inspection carried out on my advice prior to the purchase, in consultation. We subsequently discussed the inspection results, including the defects mentioned therein and/or any outdated equipment present. Ultimately, it was your decision to proceed with the purchase. During the final inspection of the property, we restarted the central heating boiler, while already knowing that it was no longer in good condition and needed a service. The latter, I understand from you, has now been done. For me, an important principle applies: past deeds cannot be undone. In other words, once the purchase is closed, there is no more room for negotiation, and as a buyer, you can only subsequently rely on the seller's goodwill. I asked you to do that. The real estate agent is not involved in this. From everything you write, it appears that you are disappointed with the purchase of the property or my guidance as a buying broker. Apparently, we differ in opinion or expectations about how the purchasing process went or could have gone. He takes into account the wishes and limitations of his clients and gives meaningful suggestions. The service is friendly and courteous, while the rates are the lowest I could find in Delft. He also advised us on a good notary and appraiser to make sure we could keep our costs as low as possible. Date unknownAn initial introduction to this real estate agency went excellently. In advance, the realtor (Martijn) had already taken the time to read up and look at other properties being offered in the area. Together with his kind assistant, it was an informative but above all pleasant conversation. After that, Martijn got to work, arranged a photographer who created a beautiful presentation, and the apartment was listed on Funda. There was considerable interest and soon bids were placed, resulting in the sale of everything within 3 weeks. Meanwhile, we were kept neatly informed of all progress. Our trust has therefore not been disappointed and we can wholeheartedly recommend this real estate agency.
