Very unreliable realtor! They play unfair games and completely ignore bidding deadlines. Instead of following a transparent process, they manipulate the sale by only informing their preferred buyers and giving them the opportunity to outbid. This is pure fraud and utterly unprofessional. It's better to buy your house through an honest and reputable realtor – you’d better avoid this one!

As a buyer's agent, we have not had good experiences with him. Throughout the entire process of buying a house, we felt like we were completely alone and didn't have an agent to support us. And so often he acted as if we weren’t his clients when we tried to ask something from the buyer. Even once he said in his email that I will speak with the buyer’s agent if I return; he didn’t do it and when we asked him about it. He just sent an email and the tone was like a reprimand for us. Also, he did not warn us during the final inspection of the house about all electronic devices, especially the central heating boiler, even though he also realized that the device has problems. He has a lot of experience with these kinds of things, but somehow he decided to say nothing, and during the final inspection we missed many things without any notification. When we finally talked about these things, he said that you had already signed the definitive chequepaper. Really, so professional!! As a client, I do not have confidence in him as a buyer's agent! Editing and Adding! It precisely shows what I mean from my above review. You act like you are always right and don’t even try to listen to the customer! And it is not nice to write the address of one of your clients. It shows what kind of person you are! It shows how you behave when you receive negative feedback! Last remarks 1. These are not accusations, they are the truth. 2. Your previous response has been removed by Google because you violated the privacy of your client by writing my home address here!

Dear Erhan, I am not going to refute all the accusations, but I do want to mention that we had a structural inspection carried out on my advice prior to the purchase, in consultation. We subsequently discussed the inspection results, including the defects mentioned therein and/or any outdated equipment present. Ultimately, it was your decision to proceed with the purchase. During the final inspection of the property, we restarted the central heating boiler, while already knowing that it was no longer in good condition and needed a service. The latter, I understand from you, has now been done. For me, an important principle applies: past deeds cannot be undone. In other words, once the purchase is closed, there is no more room for negotiation, and as a buyer, you can only subsequently rely on the seller's goodwill. I asked you to do that. The real estate agent is not involved in this. From everything you write, it appears that you are disappointed with the purchase of the property or my guidance as a buying broker. Apparently, we differ in opinion or expectations about how the purchasing process went or could have gone. I am sorry about that, but at the same time, I want to state that I could not have done anything differently. I wish you all the best and much enjoyment in your new home! Greetings, Frans van Rijn

Frans van Rijn helped us with buying a house in Delft, even when the housing crisis at the beginning of 2022 drove prices up. His clever approach helped us not once, but twice to win a bid. He takes into account the wishes and limitations of his client and comes up with meaningful suggestions. The service is friendly and courteous, while the costs are the lowest I could find in Delft. He also suggested a good notary and an appraiser to ensure that we could keep our costs as low as possible. During the process itself, he was available even on short notice to view a property or discuss something. All in all, it was a great experience and I wish him all the best!

Very nice experience with this brokerage firm. From the beginning, you immediately feel very welcome, genuineness and sincere interest. Absolutely no smooth talk, just transparency and you know exactly what to expect here and where you stand. We were helped by Richard. Richard is incredibly involved, enthusiastic, approachable in contact, honest and thinks along well with you. Then we had contact with Martijn during the vacation and Martijn also handles things very quickly. Due to the tight market, you sometimes have little time to view properties, but thanks to Martijn's quick action, a quick viewing was possible and we were able to submit a suitable offer together. We could really rely on their expertise and both have good contacts due to their enthusiastic and especially genuine character. Very grateful! We became the owners of our second house that we wanted. And it really depends on your purchasing broker. Thank you! We are living there with great pleasure!
