One time they blame it on a “bug” in their system and another time on it ending up in the spam folder. Also things like receiving a message at 00:30 am about an appointment for the same morning and whether you can open the door because the realtor cannot themselves. Be wise and sometimes a cheap deal is not the best.

Instead of following a transparent process, they manipulate the sale by only informing their preferred buyers and giving them the opportunity to outbid. This is pure fraud and utterly unprofessional. It's better to buy your house through an honest and reputable realtor – you’d better avoid this one!

By having the appraisal done here for the purchase of a home, we either had to pay an additional 10,000 euro or have another paid appraisal done by another party because the first appraisal was not real. Unfortunately, we had to incur extra costs as a result, which we could have prevented by not choosing Kleurrijk Makelaars.

13 Mar 2025Via this route, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the working methods and service of Marco Sark from Fastgoed Makelaars. In our experience, the services provided did not meet the expectations he himself outlined in any way. During our initial conversations, Marco Sark made promising statements: “I will sell your apartment quickly thanks to its good condition, the neighborhood, and my extensive network. I personally approach buyers and pay a lot of attention to you as sellers.” Unfortunately, none of this proved to be true in practice. From the moment the assignment was given, Marco seemed to have barely any time for us, and arranging viewings also went poorly. Contact mainly took place through the office, telephone, and WhatsApp, but this led to a series of excuses and evasions. Moreover, we caught him several times making contradictory and untrue statements. For example, canceled viewings, where the office indicated that Marco had known about it for days, while he told us he had just heard about it. In addition, nothing came spontaneously; we had to ask about everything and follow up. Even after viewings, we never heard anything. Unless we called or texted Marco, we only received answers then. The office itself functions more like a call center than as professional support. To questions, the standard answer was: “Marco will come back on this,” which subsequently rarely or minimally happened. Furthermore, problems were consistently passed on to others: 'difficult viewers', 'the sales broker' or 'the office.' This attitude not only seemed unprofessional but also aroused distrust. During viewings, it was noted that Marco was hardly involved. Where other brokers actively walk along and provide explanations, he let the viewers wander around without any guidance. This does not show a sign of personal attention or interest in the sale. Finally, it was striking how Marco Sark presents himself excellently in sales videos and speeches, but does not translate this into concrete results. He should have become an actor. Unfortunately, his approach did not lead to the sale of our apartment, which we completely attribute to his lack of commitment and professionalism. Marco Sark only reacted proactively once, when we withdrew the sales assignment, we immediately received an invoice that same evening for services rendered, which we still wonder about today. Not paying was not an option because our address was 'held hostage' on Funda and it made it impossible for us to enter into a partnership with a serious and reliable broker. We also want to express our disappointment with the role of VBO Makelaars. Although we thought this was an interest group that supports sellers, it turned out to be a commercial organization that protects brokers. This makes them unreliable to us as well. Therefore, we advise everyone not to enter into a partnership with Marco Sark or Fastgoed Makelaars. This is not a party that delivers on what they promise. In response to this review, he will deny everything or place the blame on other parties. That's exactly how we know him.

28 Aug 2025In the period May – August, we hired MDM real estate agency to help us sell the house. She reacted alertly and quickly and had already done her homework prior to the first appointment. She indicated for which price similar properties in the street had been sold before, critically but positively assessed the condition of our house and provided a proposal with a sales strategy. The strategy seemed good to us and her asking price was well-reasoned. Within 10 working days, photos and video recordings of the house were made with professional quality and placed on Funda. A flyer was also distributed in the neighborhood. We could follow the interest ourselves on Funda and a week later the first viewings took place. A week later, the first three bids came in and we were pleased to note that there was a good offer. The process from bid to sale was handled punctually and efficiently and overdracht (transfer) could take place in mid-August. Looking back, I give the following profile for MDM real estate agency: Professional, efficient, punctual, focus on client’s interest, honest and friendly. On the next occasion, we will call her first.

Her service ultimately has an excellent price/quality ratio, partly because she provides interior styling advice in addition to the usual real estate agent services, can place furniture and decorative items for better presentation, and also takes the photos for the website. Luckily, we found our house at the second house we viewed. The bidding process was new to us but that wasn't a problem. Henriëtte was able to tell us all the tips and tricks to ensure that we got the house. After we had placed the winning bid on the house, Henriëtte guided us through the entire purchase process. Date unknownApril 2023 MDM Makelaardij has once again acted quickly. This time not during the purchase of a home, but during the sale. Conveniently scheduled viewings and a nice offer. Again happy! April 2021 That quick action is possible has been demonstrated at MDM Makelaardij. Within 30 minutes after the viewing I had to make an offer, Henriette helped me well with that. And with result: 2.5 hours later I bought a house. About buying a few shoes I take longer... Thank you Henriette!

The apartment was in need of renovation and she referred me to very good professionals who painted, purchased and installed the kitchen, and had a cleaning crew for the final cleaning. My parents, both 70+, did not have a sustainable home (purchase). Henriette searched and found a beautiful and affordable rental property for my parents. She based her search on the wishes of my parents. Without Henriette, it would not have been possible for my parents and me to find a new and safe house so quickly. We are very satisfied.
