Via deze weg wil ik mijn ongenoegen uiten over de werkwijze en service van Marco Sark van Fastgoed Makelaars. In onze ervaring voldeed de dienstverlening op geen enkele manier aan de verwachtingen die hij zelf schetste. Tijdens ons eerste gesprekken deed Marco Sark veelbelovende uitspraken: “Ik verkoop jullie appartement snel dankzij de goede staat, de buurt en mijn uitgebreide netwerk. Ik benader kopers persoonlijk en besteed veel aandacht aan jullie als verkopers.” Helaas bleek hier in de praktijk niets van waar te zijn. Vanaf het moment dat de opdracht was verstrekt, bleek Marco nauwelijks tijd voor ons te hebben, ook het organiseren van bezichtigingen liep stroef. Het contact verliep voornamelijk via het kantoor, telefoon en WhatsApp, maar dit leidde tot een opeenvolging van excuses en uitvluchten. Bovendien betrapten wij hem meermaals op tegenstrijdige en onware uitspraken. Zo werden afgezegde bezichtigingen, waarbij het kantoor aangaf dat Marco dit al dagen wist, terwijl hij ons vertelde dat hij het pas net te horen had gekregen. Daarnaast kwam totaal niets uit zichzelf, wij moesten overal om vragen en achteraan. Ook na bezichtigingen hoorde we geen enkele keer iets. Tenzij we Marco belde of appte, dan kregen we pas antwoorden. Het kantoor zelf functioneert eerder als een belcentrale dan als een professionele ondersteuning. Op vragen werd standaard geantwoord: “Marco komt hierop terug,” wat vervolgens zelden of slechts minimaal gebeurde. Daarnaast werden problemen steevast afgeschoven op anderen: "lastige kijkers", "de verkoopmakelaar" of "het kantoor." Deze houding kwam niet alleen onprofessioneel over, maar wekte ook wantrouwen. Bij bezichtigingen viel op dat Marco nauwelijks betrokken was. Waar andere makelaars actief meelopen en uitleg geven, liet hij de kijkers zelf rondlopen zonder enige begeleiding. Dit geeft geen blijk van persoonlijke aandacht of interesse in de verkoop. Tot slot viel op hoe Marco Sark zich uitstekend profileert in verkoopfilmpjes en praatjes, maar deze act niet vertaalt naar concrete resultaten. Hij had acteur moeten worden. Helaas heeft zijn aanpak niet geleid tot de verkoop van ons appartement, wat wij volledig toeschrijven aan zijn gebrek aan inzet en professionaliteit. Marco Sark heeft één keer uit zichzelf snel gereageerd, toen we de verkoopopdracht introkken, kregen we meteen dezelfde avond een factuur voor geleverde diensten, waar wij ons tot de dag van vandaag over afvragen welke dit geweest zijn. Niet betalen was geen optie omdat ons adres 'gegijzeld' was op Funda en hij het ons onmogelijk maakte om wel met een serieuze en betrouwbare makelaar in zee te gaan. Ook willen wij onze teleurstelling uiten over de rol van VBO Makelaars. Hoewel wij dachten dat dit een belangenvereniging is die verkopers bijstaat, bleek het een commerciële organisatie die makelaars beschermt. Dit maakt ook hen voor ons onbetrouwbaar. Wij raden daarom iedereen af om in zee te gaan met Marco Sark of Fastgoed Makelaars. Dit is geen partij die waar maakt wat zij belooft. Als reactie op deze review zal hij alles ontkennen of de oorzaak bij andere partijen neerleggen. Dat is dan ook weer helemaal zoals wij hem kennen. Smoesjes, smoesjes, smoesjes... trap niet in bij deze Pinokkio.
