Dat maakt het allemaal erg digitaal, wij zijn nog wat oude stempel en hadden soms behoefte aan menselijk contact. Het initiatief daarvoor kwam van ons, de behoefte natuurlijk ook, en dan was de bereikbaarheid heel goed. Fijn.
