Samen met Kleurrijk ons huis verkocht. Vanaf het begin tot het eind was de communicatie erg fijn en duidelijk. Ruud en Dominique gaven ons goed advies en hielden ons continue goed op de hoogte van alle ontwikkelingen. Ook bij onze velen vragen stonden ze altijd voor ons klaar en namen ze de tijd om uitleg te geven en duidelijk het scheppen.

Unfortunately a negative experience with Kleurrijk Makelaars. By having the appraisal done here for the purchase of a home, we either had to pay an additional 10,000 euro or have another paid appraisal done by another party because the first appraisal was not real. Unfortunately, we had to incur extra costs as a result, which we could have prevented by not choosing Kleurrijk Makelaars.

This was a very positive experience from the first contact. Clear agreements about the working method and rates in advance, easy to reach with questions, and actively contributing ideas. Ruud guided us through the purchasing process, and Ruud and Vinod handled the sale. Thanks to Ruud's advice, the purchase process went smoothly, and negotiations were quickly finalized. The sale of our own house went wonderfully. Both Ruud and Vinod were very enthusiastic about our home and managed to convey that to potential buyers. The photographer and videographer they engaged presented our house beautifully. From the publication on Funda, it was a storm, 16 viewings in one week. Get an appraisal done. A very realistic, fair appraisal. Very satisfied with it. That should be enough for 5 stars on its own. But when I indicated what we needed the appraisal for, I also received a lot of non-binding advice, something that the real estate agent 'gets nothing out of' whether I do it his way or not. He really did that to think along with us. The passion for the profession/entrepreneurship shone through. Really a very nice man who takes an extra step, even though he gets nothing out of it himself. If I ever need a real estate agent again, I know where to go!
