By having the appraisal done here for the purchase of a home, we either had to pay an additional 10,000 euro or have another paid appraisal done by another party because the first appraisal was not real. Unfortunately, we had to incur extra costs as a result, which we could have prevented by not choosing Kleurrijk Makelaars.

Instead of following a transparent process, they manipulate the sale by only informing their preferred buyers and giving them the opportunity to outbid. This is pure fraud and utterly unprofessional. It's better to buy your house through an honest and reputable realtor – you’d better avoid this one!

Pleasant, no nonsense, easily accessible and transparent is how we would describe the collaboration. Date unknown'Thank you for your proposal. This is unfortunately not complete.' After sending back a full proposal, a pity for the seller though. He misses a bid/chance to sell, which is fine in this time because he will still sell it anyway but there are certainly going to be worse times and then brokers will beg me to please make an offer. I'm done with the poor quality of work by brokers so I am going to post reviews about all experiences. The broker does not take potential buyers seriously. That is good in times when everyone wants to buy, but this broker will naturally go down when things get worse. I wish sellers much success but would advise a different broker. Update 28-09: Not informed of the bidding procedure but did receive a rejection on the opening bid. Harmful for the seller. I would advise a different broker if I were selling my house.

21 Apr 2025Houtman & De Vogel. I had them highly rated as a real estate agent, but they really completely missed the mark. Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.
