After several conversations with various purchasing brokers - Ferdinand helped us with satisfaction, in buying our first owner-occupied home. Pleasant, no nonsense, easily accessible and transparent is how we would describe the collaboration. Ferdinand is someone who tells it as it is, gives you the space to make your own choices and thinks along where necessary. You notice during the viewings that there is a lot of experience and knowledge. In addition, we also had a pleasant experience with Sandra who mostly took on the administrative tasks. We were always treated kindly. In short, very satisfied and definitely recommended.

28 Apr 2025Houtman & De Vogel. I had them highly rated as a real estate agent, but they really completely missed the mark. Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.

29 May 2024Had a very pleasant experience with Lammers real estate agents. We bought a house through them and received excellent support from day 1 until the last day we got the keys. There were some problems 24 hours before the closing at the notary, and Mr. Raymond Lammers was very involved in this despite being on vacation. Furthermore, his friendly colleague Alex also came to the notary's office. In short, we are extremely satisfied!! Thank you for everything!
