Laurens is simply very good at his job and also pleasant in dealing with people. We had a short line via a WhatsApp group. The team is well coordinated, Danique handled a lot around the sales process and Sanne was always very friendly and detailed in answering our questions from the office. 31 Jan 2026Beste LAURENS, en Team, wat heb jij, wat hebben jullie mij enorm geholpen bij de verkoop van mijn huis , alle activiteiten die daarmee samenhangen en niet in het minst jouw persoonlijke inbreng en steun voor mij om deze stap te kunnen zetten. Je was altijd bereikbaar, snelle terugkoppeling bij vragen of hobbels op de weg in dit proces. Hierbij wordt jij ondersteund door een Top-Team van vriendelijke medewerkers die altijd voor mij klaarstonden ( op momenten van lichte paniek of vragen). Ik heb onder jouw begeleiding een nieuwe woning aangekocht en mijn huidige woning in de verkoop gezet. Dit alles heeft ertoe geleid dat mijn huis binnen twee weken onder voorbehoud verkocht is, jij en ik hebben dit afgekaart terwijl ik mij voor vakantie in Londen in de Subway onder de grond bevond, de metro s voorbij reden met veel lawaai… en we elkaar bijna niet konden verstaan. Sander doesn't keep his appointments and comes up with all sorts of excuses for why he hasn't called you. Also, if you call the office, they will treat you just as nonchalantly. Very involved and unreliable.

30 May 2025Terrible realtor. Our house has been for sale for 6 months (in this market) and we NEVER received proactive advice on how the house could be sold. We even had to rewrite the text for Funda because it was full of writing and spelling errors. After 6 months, we switched to another realtor who sold the house within one week, above the asking price. When we wanted to discuss this with the Dupont realtor, we were treated VERY unprofessionally. He only wanted to talk about the bill. So if you DON'T want to sell your house, you’ve come to the right place. Otherwise, stay far away from this agency.

When we later saw our current house, we noticed that it was also for sale through Brussé Vastgoed. This was handled very neatly, quickly and correctly, after which our previous house could be put up for sale. Speed, openness in communication and correct handling are number 1 at Brussé Vastgoed. In a situation where I needed the keys to our previous house, Mrs. Brussé was with me within 10 minutes, allowing me to go back inside. The settlement of the sale also went quickly and now we live with great pleasure in our new home. We can definitely recommend Brussé Vastgoed, not only for the above-mentioned points, but certainly also because of the pleasant personal contact, quick contact and action in combination with a small company that keeps lines short.
