After meeting with several real estate agents, it quickly became clear that Kompas was the right choice for us. All worries were taken off our hands and we literally only had to sit back for a week. Our house was sold within just one week. The communication (phone calls, email, and WhatsApp) was really top-notch and we received super quick responses. Date unknownUnder the guise of "I don't have a key," we were unable to view the garage at our new house. They assured us that there was a loft and electricity. At handover, you are told that the garage lock is broken, no loft exists, and the electricity doesn't work. Because we expect 10 people and 2 suppliers the weekend after, we reluctantly agreed anyway. WRONG!!! This broker wants to "buy off" all of this with €200,= . Just the garage lock would already cost €250,= excl. VAT and excl. installation. Don't let these cowboys pull the wool over your eyes like we did. Read everything carefully because it is all covered in small print and pretty talk. Check everything, and if you can’t check something, DO IT CORRECTLY. If you still do business with these cowboys, make sure you have good legal assistance. Trust is good, but checking is better

11 May 2025Terrible realtor. Our house has been for sale for 6 months (in this market) and we NEVER received proactive advice on how the house could be sold. We even had to rewrite the text for Funda because it was full of writing and spelling errors. After 6 months, we switched to another realtor who sold the house within one week, above the asking price. When we wanted to discuss this with the Dupont realtor, we were treated VERY unprofessionally. He only wanted to talk about the bill. So if you DON'T want to sell your house, you’ve come to the right place. Otherwise, stay far away from this agency.
