Het was een heel fijn contact. Als Arjan een keer niet kon was er altijd goede vervanging die ervan af wist. Ook met Indy van kantoor was er goed contact, zij kon altijd antwoord geven op al mijn vragen en was altijd vriendelijk. Ik vind het ook heel fijn dat er goed contact was met de financieel adviseur die in hetzelfde kantoor zit. Alles onder 1 dak werkt heel prettig en persoonlijk.
