When purchasing our home from Thuis Makelaardij in 2022, we were confronted with several serious inaccuracies in the provided sales information. In the questionnaire completed by the sellers, no mention was made of a subsided wooden floor, while the sellers were apparently already aware of this according to their own WhatsApp confirmation.
