The report did not lie about the condition of the house and a follow-up inspection of the electrical system was necessary. Apart from the fact that we were allowed to have this inspection carried out in the house, the sellers and agent did not contribute anything from that moment on to make the deal possible. Based on their 'hurry,' we paid an extra amount to the inspection company for the report to accommodate the sellers so that it would be available earlier. All possible solutions, explanations about the impact of the defects and proposals had to come from our side.
