Q-Makelaars is absolutely not there for the buyers (although we once sold a house through them, so we were customers). The sellers of the house we bought made a change to the house, which we later discovered. We tried to arrange something through the real estate agent, but they were purely on the side of the sellers, and we 'had to resolve it legally'. This is bad publicity and quite a setback for us. Later, leaks in the house were also discovered, and we emailed the real estate agent about them, but it's easy to guess: no response.
