Francis, Cilesta and the rest of the Nolten team really helped us excellently, both as a buyer's agent and as a seller's agent. As far as we are concerned, a real estate agency with a heart in the right place. No smooth talk but an honest story. When buying our dream house, Francis removed a lot of worries and unrest from us. In our case, we already had the house in mind ourselves, but because of the good connection at the beginning stage of selling, we also enlisted Francis for the purchase. We have not regretted that. Very pleasant collaboration, and after good preparation, we bid with confidence. Successfully! Francis is skilled, sincere, respectful to others and has a nice dose of humor. In the subsequent sale of our old house, the rest of the Nolten team came into the picture. Here we had a lot to do with Cilesta. She also brought a lot of peace, came up with good advice, arranged everything down to the last detail, that was really pleasant collaboration. The beautiful photo, video and 360-degree presentation of the house was taken care of by Yaron. We sold our house quickly and successfully. The only disadvantage I can think of is that their personal attention has to be divided among multiple clients due to the small team. They are always busy. That sometimes requires a little patience in communication. But despite that, we would choose Nolten again without hesitation. In short: recommended as far as we are concerned!

We had viewed a house that was for sale through Bremmer Makelaars. We had our viewing with Mariska Bremmer. From the moment we arrived, it was already odd because she simply answered the phone calls she received. Attention to the viewers then disappears. Furthermore, during the tour, she maintained a take it or leave it attitude. We were forced to look and discover everything ourselves, which wasn't the case with other selling agents. They were warm and showed us everything themselves. Glad I didn’t choose that house because service is clearly not their priority.

Gijs Roos is very unprofessional. I had registered for a new construction project in Zwijndrecht for a specific number. On the day of my appointment, I discovered that the house had already been reserved for someone else. Disappointed, I registered for another house for the same project and discussed all wishes including extra options such as an extension etc. Never heard anything from this fine gentleman. I think I would have had a better chance with this fine gentleman if I had a beautiful Dutch surname or looked different. But well, everything happens for a reason. The week after that, I viewed my dream home and everything is now settled. It should have gone like that.

Multiple times called to ask for information about renting a property from them in Zwijndrecht. Multiple times promised to call back, last time yesterday the same story again. Eventually did receive an email back but no response to my substantive question. Subsequently responded to the email asking if they perhaps had other properties that met my requirements, never heard anything back. I also run a business myself, but this is not how you treat potential clients; getting a client is easy, but retaining them is a second. Is it really so much to ask to answer an email from a potential client? Look, and if you don't feel like it, that’s fine, just be honest about it, don’t act so pathetic. There are other companies/brokers who *are* enthusiastic! I do NOT recommend these people to anyone.

In the current housing market, a house sells itself, regardless of its condition. This also became apparent from the treatment we received as potential buyers. See below the account that I expressed to Bremavo and decide for yourself whether you find such service adequate if you choose to use their services. - Tuesday (last week) we view the property and the real estate agent informs us that there is a deadline of +/- 12:00 Friday for receiving any potential bid, and that we would receive clarity that same day regarding the acceptance or rejection of the offer. As evidenced by our bid, we offered without reservation of financing and were therefore unable to place a bid on another house as long as we had not received a negative or positive message concerning this sale. This was to great dissatisfaction. - We only received the brochure on Wednesday, so after the viewing. - The bid was submitted by email, for which I was not allowed to receive an acknowledgement of receipt. Until Monday, we were therefore in uncertainty whether our bid had even been received. - Last Saturday, I called twice between 10:00 and 12:00, no answer. - Today I called again in the morning to inquire about the status. I was supposed to be called back around noon. - A few hours later, I called again because I hadn't been called back. Then it was indicated that I would be called around 3:30 PM. This phone call also remains unanswered. - Now I see that I received a highly impersonal email at 3:50 PM with a rejection of the bid. This email notably ended up in spam. Now, of course, you don't have to do anything with the above story, but if there is a way to ruin the ''reputable'' reputation mentioned on your website, it is through this approach to potential buyers.
