The approach was very personal, and the communication was good. The way he approached viewers and buyers is also personal, which we found very important. The period between sale and transfer can be long, and Mark would occasionally check in to hear how things were going. I had spoken to a few real estate agents, and felt good about her because she clearly indicated what needed to be done to the renovation property in order to market it as well as possible. Afterwards, consistently fast and efficient communication.
