17 Dec 2024Bad experience with a nasty aftertaste. Does not honor agreements, is careless and unreasonable. Agreements made in move account were not kept. Incorrect data published in both the move account and the funda advertisement. When inquiring with the broker about this, he reacted defensively and extremely unreasonably. And washing hands of innocence. As a result, we have been misled and had to incur high extra costs. Afterwards, when asking around, other people shared a similar experience. Our advice would be not to enter into business with this real estate agent.

I wanted a fairly quick transfer and he arranged that too under the motto 'you are my client, I'll take care of it'. I found selling my first little house quite exciting, but thanks to the good guidance, it was much less stressful for me. A quick response to all my questions, both via the app and by phone. Sellers knew that there were construction plans next to our house, but Dupree Makelaars failed to disclose that. Realtor Dupree refuses a solution and doesn't respond. Untrustworthy and customer-unfriendly company.

No response so far. I really don't know what to think of this! Update: After the phone call. Probably a problem with the functionality of their website, so no response. We wanted to sell the house in a short time but also get what the house is worth and Robert really helped us with this. From the moment we put it 'For Sale', to taking the photos (discussing and giving input together) and when the viewers came. Neatly and properly reported so we knew what had happened, but in a good and honest way. Not too enthusiastic but just realistic. We would definitely recommend Robert, use his expertise and tips because he knows what he's doing! Top realtor!
