28 Jan 2026Van Rhijn Makelaars sold our father's house in Gouda for us while we ourselves live abroad. Stephen and Justin guided this process exceptionally well and fully took care of us. The most important result: a high yield. Of the four real estate agents we spoke to, Van Rhijn gave the highest valuation. The lowest was even €65.000 lower. In the end, they sold the house for €32.000 above their own valuation. Stephen predicted at the first meeting the number of interested parties, viewings and bidders - and was remarkably close to that. In addition, their involvement and practical approach stood out. They arranged the complete removal of the house and made sure everything went quickly and smoothly, which was extremely valuable for us from afar. They think in solutions and clearly go further than you might expect from an average real estate agency. The transparent way of working is also a big plus: fixed rates, one agreed price including everything (photoshoot, energy label, guidance, etc.), no commission and no surprises later on. In addition, we agreed upon a bonus system, which worked fairly and motivating for all parties involved. The communication was pleasant, fast and clear throughout the entire process. The house, in a popular neighborhood, was emptied and sold within a week. On their website I saw a customer rating of 9.7. From me, Stephen, Justin and their team get a solid 10.

First I bought a house through their office together with my partner and then they sold my own house. They put my house well on the market with nice photos, drone footage and a personal video. 17 Jan 2026Dupree is a really nice real estate agent. Not only the agents themselves, but also the back office and even the staff who for example come to deliver and hang up the signs. Everyone is honest, reliable and really thinks with you. You get personal attention and feel absolutely not like a number. When you call the back office, they usually know immediately who you are and which property it is about. I experienced that as very pleasant. Also the final buyer of my home mentioned to be very impressed by my sales agent, Chris de Waard from Dupree. Dupree is easy to reach and reacts quickly and fully. I can therefore wholeheartedly recommend them.

And now I am the happy owner of my new house. I can recommend everyone to lay down the wishes for your new house with Stefanie. The further guidance and help from immobilia also went well. I just say do it 🕺👍. With all the other employees of immobilia I also had good experiences. You never have to wait long for a good answer with which you can proceed further.
