19 Oct 2024Very bad experience with this real estate agency. As a buyer through Perdijk, I purchased a house which unfortunately is full of defects. Furthermore, the house was sold with incorrect information. Contact afterwards went very badly and they do not fulfill their responsibilities. As a buyer, you are completely sidelined with all the consequences that entails.

Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.
