Het was een schot in de roos want het bleek jullie droomhuis te zijn, dat aan alle voorwaarden voldeed. Daarna was het een flinke strijd, want we waren niet de enige, maar met de gezamenlijke inspanning is het gelukt om 12 andere bieders af te troeven en ontvangen jullie begin volgende maand sleutels. De foto's waren geweldig en ik denk dat ze echt hebben geholpen bij de marketing van het huis. Rob heeft de tijd genomen om ervoor te zorgen dat we alles hebben gedaan wat we moesten doen, want een huis verkopen in Nederland is heel anders dan in het Verenigd Koninkrijk. We zullen het jammer vinden om dit huis te verlaten, maar we wensen de nieuwe eigenaren een fijn leven daar.

De presentatie van ons huis was prachtig, met een schitterende verkoopvideo en professionele foto’s die het huis écht tot zijn recht lieten komen. Jullie zijn echt buitengewoon goed telefonisch bereikbaar; de paar keer dat ik het kantoor belde werd er altijd binnen enkele seconden opgenomen (credits voor Josita). Uit jullie initiatief werd er een appgroep gemaakt met het hele team van; Van Rhijn makelaars. Waardoor we altijd even snel konden schakelen. Als Justin druk was stond altijd broer Stephan of familielid klaar. De presentatie van de woning was volledig naar wens, met dronefoto’s inclusief. Het zag er echt top uit op Funda. Nogmaals dank en we kunnen jullie aan iedereen aanraden.

By having the appraisal done here for the purchase of a home, we either had to pay an additional 10,000 euro or have another paid appraisal done by another party because the first appraisal was not real. Unfortunately, we had to incur extra costs as a result, which we could have prevented by not choosing Kleurrijk Makelaars.

And accidentally finding out that the property was awarded almost 30k cheaper. But I was brushed off with the claim that this wasn’t possible. You see, most real estate agents are scammers.
