Despite the enormous pressure on the housing market, I never felt like a number with Van Rhijn Makelaars. They were involved, fast, and always accessible. My house was ultimately sold well, and I was completely relieved of responsibility throughout the process. Incorrect data published in both the move account and the funda advertisement. When inquiring with the broker about this, he reacted defensively and extremely unreasonably. And washing hands of innocence. As a result, we have been misled and had to incur high extra costs. Afterwards, when asking around, other people shared a similar experience. Our advice would be not to enter into business with this real estate agent.

By having the appraisal done here for the purchase of a home, we either had to pay an additional 10,000 euro or have another paid appraisal done by another party because the first appraisal was not real. 23 Jun 2024What an arrogant jerk Mark Scheele is. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Asking a much higher sale price for the same property. And accidentally finding out that the property was awarded almost 30k cheaper. But I was brushed off with the claim that this wasn’t possible. You see, most real estate agents are scammers.

I wanted a fairly quick transfer and he arranged that too under the motto 'you are my client, I'll take care of it'. I found selling my first little house quite exciting, but thanks to the good guidance, it was much less stressful for me. A quick response to all my questions, both via the app and by phone. He always calls back quickly and takes the time, as does the assistant. I definitely recommend this real estate agent.

Sellers knew that there were construction plans next to our house, but Dupree Makelaars failed to disclose that. Realtor Dupree refuses a solution and doesn't respond. Untrustworthy and customer-unfriendly company.

No response so far. I really don't know what to think!? Update: After the phone call. Apparently there is a problem with the functionality of their website, hence no response. I received complete information and also several offers. Everything at a high service level. We will stay in contact, so I can recommend their real estate agency.
