Incorrect data published in both the move account and the funda advertisement. When inquiring with the broker about this, he reacted defensively and extremely unreasonably. And washing hands of innocence. As a result, we have been misled and had to incur high extra costs. Afterwards, when asking around, other people shared a similar experience. Our advice would be not to enter into business with this real estate agent.

By having the appraisal done here for the purchase of a home, we either had to pay an additional 10,000 euro or have another paid appraisal done by another party because the first appraisal was not real. 16 Aug 2024What an arrogant jerk Mark Scheele is. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Asking a much higher sale price for the same property. And accidentally finding out that the property was awarded almost 30k cheaper. But I was brushed off with the claim that this wasn’t possible. You see, most real estate agents are scammers.

I wanted a fairly quick transfer and he arranged that too under the motto 'you are my client, I'll take care of it'. No response so far. I really don't know what to think of this! Update: After the phone call. Probably a problem with the functionality of their website, so no response.
