01 Dec 2024Twee maanden geleden hebben wij een woning gekocht. Makelaar Lagendijk was de makelaar van de verkopende partij. Na het opknappen van de woning constateerden wij lekkage in de badkamer. Eindstand moesten wij hierdoor heel de badkamer laten slopen. Nieuwe badkamer heeft ons €15000,- gekost. De verkopers wilden eerst ons tegemoet komen en na een paar dagen zagen ze hier vanaf. Heel de woning is 30 jaar niks aan gedaan, alleen de wc beneden was niet zo lang geleden vernieuwd. Later bleek waarom, de lekkage in de badkamer, kwam door de wc plafond naar beneden. Deze informatie is achtergehouden voor ons. Dat je nergens van afweet is natuurlijk heel makkelijk en niet geloofwaarig. 1. Van heel de woning was alleen de wc beneden was vernieuwd. 2. Wc beneden had ook gele vlekken in het plafond. Je kan ook zeggen hadden wij, maar beter moeten opletten of een bouwkundige inspectie moeten lagen uitvoeren. Klopt! Alleen je verwacht van de andere partij ook eerlijkheid! Zowel de makelaar als de verkopers van de woning vonden het heel erg voor ons, en daar bleef het bij.

Om te weten wat de waarde van het huis is heb ik een waardebepaling gedaan. De volgende dag werd ik gebeld waarbij ik geen prettig gesprek had. Het kwam voor mij zeer neerbuigend over. Gelijk gezocht naar iemand anders die wel graag meedenkt.

10 Mar 2024Wat een arrogante kwal is die mark Scheele zeg. Verdient niet eens 1 ster. Op een zelfde woning een veel hogere verkopprijs vragen. En aan bekende bij toeval erachterkomen dat de woning voor bijna 30k goedkoper vergeven is. Maar ik wers afgepoeiert met dat dat niet mogelijk was. Zo zie je maar meeste makelaars zijn oplichters.

After several conversations with various purchasing brokers - Ferdinand helped us with satisfaction, in buying our first owner-occupied home. Pleasant, no nonsense, easily accessible and transparent is how we would describe the collaboration. Ferdinand is someone who tells it as it is, gives you the space to make your own choices and thinks along where necessary. You notice during the viewings that there is a lot of experience and knowledge. In addition, we also had a pleasant experience with Sandra who mostly took on the administrative tasks. We were always treated kindly. In short, very satisfied and definitely recommended.
