When selling my house, the wrong text went online, they forgot to have the brochure checked by me, I heard about it from friends when my house appeared on Funda instead of the broker's, and signing the sales contract took 8 days. Regarding purchase assistance, I am satisfied. The broker really took the time there, thoroughly researched every property, thought along with me, and asked critical questions to help me make the right choice. Even though Van Herk was not the cheapest broker, my mother would have preferred a reputable broker with a good name in Capelle ad IJssel and surrounding areas.
