Bad experience with a nasty aftertaste. Does not honor agreements, is careless and unreasonable. Agreements made in move account were not kept. Incorrect data published in both the move account and the funda advertisement. When inquiring with the broker about this, he reacted defensively and extremely unreasonably. And washing hands of innocence. As a result, we have been misled and had to incur high extra costs. Afterwards, when asking around, other people shared a similar experience. Our advice would be not to enter into business with this real estate agent.

Unfortunately a negative experience with Kleurrijk Makelaars. By having the appraisal done here for the purchase of a home, we either had to pay an additional 10,000 euro or have another paid appraisal done by another party because the first appraisal was not real. Unfortunately, we had to incur extra costs as a result, which we could have prevented by not choosing Kleurrijk Makelaars.

Punctuality is not this broker's strong suit. When selling my house, the wrong text went online, they forgot to have the brochure checked by me, I heard about it from friends when my house appeared on Funda instead of the broker's, and signing the sales contract took 8 days. Regarding purchase assistance, I am satisfied. The broker really took the time there, thoroughly researched every property, thought along with me, and asked critical questions to help me make the right choice. Even after completing the sale and purchase, the broker was still available for advice. Very nice!

We (22 and 23 years old) were seriously interested in a property offered through Stapper Vastgoed. For us, this would be our first home purchase. On Funda it was clearly stated that the completion date would be end of 2025 or early 2026, but to our surprise, a fixed delivery date of March 31st suddenly appeared in the purchase agreement. This is not only misleading, but can also have major consequences for financing. Our mortgage advisor rightly pointed out that obtaining a mortgage is very difficult if the completion date is more than 9 months in the future. Instead of showing understanding or brainstorming solutions, we mainly noticed pressure to sign quickly and proceed with the sale. As if we were the problem for daring to be critical. This gave us an unsafe feeling. We are fortunately well informed, but you shouldn't think about someone falling for this blindly and later facing a 10% penalty because the real estate agent slyly implements different conditions than those initially communicated. The fact that you try to pull something like this over on young buyers who want to buy their first home says it all to us. We will never return here.

Scammers of the highest order. You take a day off work to have a building inspection carried out, and they suddenly say it can't happen and must be done on a day that suits them/the selling party. Subsequently, during the building inspection, you are systematically obstructed. The crawl space, for example, was not allowed to be opened because there was a laminate floor over it. Afterwards, it became clear why they opposed this. All pipes were rotten, with leaks and sewage leaking. Also, the handover of the property empty was not fulfilled by the residents. This has all been indicated verbally to ooms but they don't respond. So do not enter into an agreement with these people.
