Wanneer je een huis verkoopt in en rond capelle moet je gewoon Van Herk gebruiken. Ze verkopen het snel, en leveren goede service. Ik heb nu 2 maal een huis verkocht met deze partij en ben zeer tevreden. Alles is netjes geregled.

Gemengde gevoelens bij van Herk. Leken niet proactief in verkoop en communicatie. Wel prettig in omgang. Uiteindelijk resultaat was naar wens maar ik zag wel ruimte voor verbetering.

We hadden heel fijn contact. De lijntjes zijn kort en iedereen is snel en goed te bereiken voor eventuele vragen. Van Herk heeft een goede inschatting gemaakt van de waarde van ons huis en heeft het huis goed in de markt gezet. Door de goede marketing, zijn er genoeg bezichtigingen geweest en uiteindelijk is het huis goed verkocht. Bedankt voor alles.

Het trotseren van vele bezichtigingen en constant presteren is een groot compliment waardig. Daarnaast hebben zij gelukkige kopers gevonden die met een warm huis en een zonnetje kunnen starten deze lente. Een prettige ervaring, harteli…
