Date unknownTerrible realtor, but yeah, which realtor isn't a smooth guy? Initially good contact, but the poison is in the tail. On the day of transfer, the realtor changes roles, then gets into the skin of a buyer's agent and goes through the house extremely critically to do a very detailed final inspection with the buyer, as if he’s hunting for defects, and then you suddenly stand there as the 'suspect'. That action gave a nauseating feeling. Do you pay a generous commission for that? It's a way to get new clients, since people move on average once every seven years. Easy money.

Also, the draft agreement was sloppily drawn up and you really had to check everything. Aftercare simply wasn't there. What also became complicated was that he also became the real estate agent for our buyers. That doesn't feel right at all. Incidentally, the entire team is pleasant to deal with.

After meeting with several real estate agents, it quickly became clear that Kompas was the right choice for us. All worries were taken off our hands and we literally only had to sit back for a week. Our house was sold within just one week. The communication (phone calls, email, and WhatsApp) was really top-notch and we received super quick responses. The entire team at Kompas is incredibly friendly and 'human', you would almost forget that you are selling your home. Date unknownUnder the guise of "I don't have a key," we were unable to view the garage at our new house. They assured us that there was a loft and electricity. At handover, you are told that the garage lock is broken, no loft exists, and the electricity doesn't work. Because we expect 10 people and 2 suppliers the weekend after, we reluctantly agreed anyway. WRONG!!! This broker wants to "buy off" all of this with €200,= . Just the garage lock would already cost €250,= excl. VAT and excl. installation. Don't let these cowboys pull the wool over your eyes like we did. Read everything carefully because it is all covered in small print and pretty talk. Check everything, and if you can’t check something, DO IT CORRECTLY. If you still do business with these cowboys, make sure you have good legal assistance. Trust is good, but checking is better
