De persoon loopt als kip zonder kop achter de lopers aan zonder ook maar iets toevoegen of aan te geven. Prijs technische is hij bij de eerste babbel lekker hoog maar bij de verkoop gewoon een stuk minder aan te geven bij de verkoop. Dus is gewoon met epen ogen iemand besodemieteren dus nee nooit meer bij deze makelaar.

Eindelijk een review van ons, terwijl wij zo blij zijn en dankbaar voor de flexibiliteit van Sander in de verkoop van ons huis. Deze liep anders en sneller ging dan gepland, doordat de koper zelf op ons pas kwam voordat alles in gang werd gezet. Sander bewoog hier meteen in mee en moedigde deze verkoop aan. Vanaf dag 1 hadden wij een goed gevoel bij Kompas en deze werd alleen maar bevestigd. Voor een goede, flexibele en meedenkende makelaar in deze regio, ben je bij Kompas aan het juiste adres. Onder het mom van “ik heb geen sleutel” konden wij de garage bij ons nieuwe huis niet bezichtigen. Bezweren dat een vliering in zit en stroom. Bij de oplevering krijg je te horen dat het slot van de garage kapot is, er geen vliering aanwezig is en dat de stroom die er zit het niet doet. Omdat we het weekend erna 10 man en 2 leveranciers verwachten toch maar akkoord gegaan. FOUT!!! Dit alles wil deze makelaar “afkopen” met €200,=. Alleen het slot van de garage koste al €250,= excl. BTW en excl. montage. Laat je door deze cowboys niet in de zeik nemen zoals wij. Lees alles goed door want alles is afgedekt met kleine lettertjes en mooi praten. Controleer alles en als je iets niet kan controleren DOE HET DAN JUIST. Ga je toch zaken doen met deze cowboys zorg dan dat je een goede rechtsbijstand hebt. Vertrouwen is goed, controleren is beter

Earlier this year on the line to sell our house 'in a few months'. Had good experiences years ago with Jasper and Trudy (??) who worked there then, so now another attempt was made. Unlike other contacted real estate agents, he didn't come across as professional. Reception friendly and warm by the lady behind the counter. The office was somewhat grimy (carpeting, door to private room) and didn’t smell very fresh (cigarette smoke). The realtor himself seemed uninterested, slumped down, wrote nothing down, we just had to get back in touch when there was a concrete date. Another realtor came to our home in the same week and was much more decisive: therefore, De Vree wasn't chosen.

Mark helped us very pleasantly with the sale of our house. He guided us through all steps in the process and thought along well with us. The approach was very personal, and the communication was good. The way he approached viewers and buyers is also personal, which we found very important. For example, Mark calmly reviewed the purchase contract with the buyers because they did not have a purchasing broker themselves. The period between sale and transfer can be long, and Mark would occasionally check in to hear how things were going. Until the moment of transfer, we could turn to him with our questions, which gave us a lot of confidence. Buying an apartment in the Netherlands is not an easy task, especially if you don't live locally and don't know how the Dutch market works, so choosing Maarten as my real estate agent was one of the best decisions in this process. Before Maarten started house hunting, I had already viewed 3 houses myself, but during the next three viewings with Maarten, I quickly realized that having an experienced real estate agent by your side is a great asset. He has a very sharp eye for detail and made sure he took notes during each viewing and pointed out important things that I would definitely miss. I immediately felt calm in this process and trusted Maarten completely. He was available on WhatsApp when I had questions and kept in touch, even during the mortgage process, which takes several weeks, and afterwards. I would never recommend Remax to my friends and family. We had a bad experience with them when we bought our first house. The communication with the person who was supposed to help us was very poor. For example, he didn't show up at the last meeting where we signed the house contract, even though he said he would. This wasn't the first incident either. It was a shame!

We needed an appraisal for our home in Rotterdam for a mortgage application. An appointment was scheduled very quickly and we were helped wonderfully by the appraiser. The appraisals are NWWI certified and our mortgage application was successful on the first try! Contact with YESS real estate has also always been very pleasant (both via email and telephone).
