We had asked if the sales process, such as the photos and Funda listing, could be expedited due to a quick handover of our new house. This was all well organized. Laurens is simply very good at his job and also pleasant in dealing with people. We had a short line via a WhatsApp group. The team is well coordinated, Danique handled a lot around the sales process and Sanne was always very friendly and detailed in answering our questions from the office. Besides the good service, they also have a sharp commission, making the choice easy. In short, a recommendation!

Sander doesn't keep his appointments and comes up with all sorts of excuses for why he hasn't called you. Also, if you call the office, they will treat you just as nonchalantly. Very involved and unreliable.

Nothing exaggerated about what the house might be worth, but a clear and straightforward explanation of its actual value at all times. This way you can then calculate, search, and orient yourself with peace of mind. After more than a year, we found our dream location and had to put the house up for sale. Of course, we chose Ravens for this process due to the pleasant feeling we had. What a joy. Everything was quickly and clearly arranged. You are kept informed about everything, and you are truly taken care of. And do you know what we find very nice when contacting them? When you mention your name, usually just your first name, they at Ravens know who you are. Nothing with fancy words or exaggeration, but simply relaxed and comfortable, somewhere where you feel at home. The first email was on a Friday when the house had just been put online. This morning I got a call saying that something had gone wrong with the emails can happen. 2x in a row with 2 workdays in between is quite coincidental. Apart from the fact that they suddenly found my email. And just saying it can mean nothing for you. And when you ask what can you offer as a solution. Can mean nothing for you and can do nothing for you. Find it quite ridiculous that they don't even bother to look for a solution for you or just simply say sorry.

We came across Yess by chance during a viewing in Barendrecht and received a card then. Later we had an introductory meeting with Denise, and that felt right away good: spontaneous, social and clearly expert. Therefore we chose her as our purchase agent, and we have not regretted that for a moment. The contact was very low-threshold, via phone and WhatsApp, always quick and friendly. We received clear explanations for our (sometimes many) questions and doubts, and that gave a lot of trust. Viewings were quickly arranged, while we were at work, and Yess always made good preparations with points of attention and relevant documents. Therefore we always knew where to pay attention. From the very beginning, Denise took a huge amount of work off our hands. The housing market is hectic, but thanks to her professional approach and knowledge the process felt surprisingly calm and clear for us. She knew exactly where we needed to look and was also very proactive in that. What has especially remained with us, is how she organized the complex tasks for us. Not only the viewings and negotiations, but also all the 'paperwork' and administrative hassle that comes with buying a house. That has saved us an enormous amount of time and stress.
