16 Sep 2025Ver-Huis makelaars raad ik iedereen aan. Jasper heeft ons goed geholpen en is zelfs tijdens zijn vakantie bereikbaar. Maar ook zijn collega Robin kan je dan goed helpen. De kennismaking was snel gepland en verliep heel prettig, het klikte gelijk. We zochten een aankoopmakelaar maar hebben uiteindelijk toch een huis gevonden in een andere regio. Toen ik Jasper hierover belde, bracht hij mij in contact met een bekende makelaar uit de regio waar ons huis staat. En dankzij hem werd het bod geaccepteerd!! 03 Jan 2025Earlier this year on the line to sell our house 'in a few months'. Had good experiences years ago with Jasper and Trudy (??) who worked there then, so now another attempt was made. Unlike other contacted real estate agents, he didn't come across as professional. Reception friendly and warm by the lady behind the counter. The office was somewhat grimy (carpeting, door to private room) and didn’t smell very fresh (cigarette smoke). The realtor himself seemed uninterested, slumped down, wrote nothing down, we just had to get back in touch when there was a concrete date. Another realtor came to our home in the same week and was much more decisive: therefore, De Vree wasn't chosen.

We wanted to sell the house in a short time but also get what the house is worth and Robert really helped us with this. From the moment we put it 'For Sale', to taking the photos (discussing and giving input together) and when the viewers came. Neatly and properly reported so we knew what had happened, but in a good and honest way. Not too enthusiastic but just realistic. We would definitely recommend Robert, use his expertise and tips because he knows what he's doing! Top realtor!
