17 Jun 2024As a tenant, not recommended. Very poor communication and difficult to reach. Complaints are not taken seriously or addressed. The condition of the property was also very bad, which was not properly communicated at the beginning. We have to pay €1250 every month for a heavily moldy house with a sewer leak (so odor nuisance), where nothing was done about it. We are very disappointed!

20 Dec 2024Earlier this year on the line to sell our house 'in a few months'. Had good experiences years ago with Jasper and Trudy (??) who worked there then, so now another attempt was made. Unlike other contacted real estate agents, he didn't come across as professional. Reception friendly and warm by the lady behind the counter. The office was somewhat grimy (carpeting, door to private room) and didn’t smell very fresh (cigarette smoke). The realtor himself seemed uninterested, slumped down, wrote nothing down, we just had to get back in touch when there was a concrete date. Another realtor came to our home in the same week and was much more decisive: therefore, De Vree wasn't chosen.

I had spoken to a few real estate agents, and felt good about her because she clearly indicated what needed to be done to the renovation property in order to market it as well as possible. 25 Apr 2025These people assessed my house for a seller on a Tuesday. Property assessed as average. The young lady was inside for 20 minutes, asked few questions. Within a week the report would be ready. On Monday I was called by the secretary, photos of the kitchen were missing, or if I wanted to take them and send them. Report appeared, value determined below the WOZ value as of January 2024? Comparable properties sold in June 2024 were indexed with many percentages until April 2025? Shoot me...

Clear and fast communication, overall approach is modern and PH works with a fixed rate so negotiating commission is not an issue. Had very good contact with all employees who fully take care of you. In short, a nice no-nonsense company that sells your house quickly in a relaxed way.
