28 Jan 2026Van Rhijn Makelaars sold our father's house in Gouda for us while we ourselves live abroad. Stephen and Justin guided this process exceptionally well and fully took care of us. The most important result: a high yield. Of the four real estate agents we spoke to, Van Rhijn gave the highest valuation. The lowest was even €65.000 lower. In the end, they sold the house for €32.000 above their own valuation. Stephen predicted at the first meeting the number of interested parties, viewings and bidders - and was remarkably close to that. In addition, their involvement and practical approach stood out. They arranged the complete removal of the house and made sure everything went quickly and smoothly, which was extremely valuable for us from afar. They think in solutions and clearly go further than you might expect from an average real estate agency. The transparent way of working is also a big plus: fixed rates, one agreed price including everything (photoshoot, energy label, guidance, etc.), no commission and no surprises later on. In addition, we agreed upon a bonus system, which worked fairly and motivating for all parties involved. The communication was pleasant, fast and clear throughout the entire process. The house, in a popular neighborhood, was emptied and sold within a week. On their website I saw a customer rating of 9.7. From me, Stephen, Justin and their team get a solid 10.

First I bought a house through their office together with my partner and then they sold my own house. They put my house well on the market with nice photos, drone footage and a personal video. 28 Nov 2025After I had neatly submitted 2 requests to view a house. I received a confirmation that they would process my request, but after a few workdays still nothing. The first email was on a Friday when the house had just been put online. This morning I got a call saying that something had gone wrong with the emails can happen. 2x in a row with 2 workdays in between is quite coincidental. Apart from the fact that they suddenly found my email. And just saying it can mean nothing for you. And when you ask what can you offer as a solution. Can mean nothing for you and can do nothing for you. Find it quite ridiculous that they don't even bother to look for a solution for you or just simply say sorry.

28 Nov 2025⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We are really SUPER SATISFIED with the service of Yess Real Estate and can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home. We came across Yess by chance during a viewing in Barendrecht and received a card then. Later we had an introductory meeting with Denise, and that felt right away good: spontaneous, social and clearly expert. Therefore we chose her as our purchase agent, and we have not regretted that for a moment. The contact was very low-threshold, via phone and WhatsApp, always quick and friendly. We received clear explanations for our (sometimes many) questions and doubts, and that gave a lot of trust. Viewings were quickly arranged, while we were at work, and Yess always made good preparations with points of attention and relevant documents. Therefore we always knew where to pay attention. The bidding advice was also realistic and well-founded, with an eye for the market and our situation. It's nice that they have building knowledge in house at Yess – that gave extra insight and prevented us from bidding on the wrong homes. From the very beginning, Denise took a huge amount of work off our hands. The housing market is hectic, but thanks to her professional approach and knowledge the process felt surprisingly calm and clear for us. She knew exactly where we needed to look and was also very proactive in that. What has especially remained with us, is how she organized the complex tasks for us. In an exciting yet sometimes confusing search for a new home, there is nothing better than having people around you who truly understand you. And they did, every single one of them. Marloes, Pim and Boudewijn… what a wonderful buying team. Each with their own strength, but all equally warm, knowledgeable, patient and involved.
