Het contact verliep super goed. Vanaf het begin hadden we vertrouwen dat de verkoop van ons huis in goede handen was. We zijn heel tevreden over het contact met het complete team. Wij hebben een appartement verkocht vanuit een nalatenschap en het team is hier zeer respectvol mee omgegaan. Het team is uiterst klantvriendelijk, weet hoe ze moeten ontzorgen en doen er alles aan om het beste uit de opdracht te halen. Elke medewerker die we spraken wist direct over welke woning werd gesproken en nam ook taken over als wij even niet wisten hoe we aan de informatie moesten komen of hoe we met een situ…

De beoordelingen zijn erg goed, ik heb een bod gedaan van E 20.000 boven de vraagprijs, zonder voorbehoud, zonder keuring, en ik wordt per mail geïnformeerd dat men niet op mijn voorstel in kan gaan daar ik te vroeg ben met bieden. Uiterst onprofessioneel om zo met mensen om te gaan, er is niet eens een makelaar die de moeite neemt om contact op te nemen. Dit kantoor is voor mij een 0 waard.

Eindcijfer een dikke 10 plus. Dat is wat deze makelaar verdient. Een open eerlijke en duidelijke communicatie waardoor de verkoop snel en soepel verloopt. Een aanrader voor een ieder.
