I had spoken to a few real estate agents, and felt good about her because she clearly indicated what needed to be done to the renovation property in order to market it as well as possible. Afterwards, consistently fast and efficient communication. They are priced at the top end of the segment but, as far as I'm concerned, that was more than compensated for by taking care of me and selling the house for a price considerably higher than other agents had suggested.

Expert guidance from the first meeting to the sale of our home. When our realtor was absent due to vacation, he was excellently replaced by a colleague. Also had very pleasant contact with the back office of Vijfvinkel. 24 Feb 2025Had a very pleasant experience. The initial introduction was with Jeroen, and that immediately gave a good feeling, so I no longer felt the need to try another real estate agent. He had a clear story and knowledge of the subject matter. Ultimately, his approach proved to be the right one as well. The entire team is very enthusiastic and helpful, making them very pleasant to communicate with. If I need a real estate agent again in the future, I know where to go.

01 May 2025It's hard to imagine that I, even more than a month since the transfer of ownership, am still dealing with this company. 😞 Buying or selling a house is already stressful enough. There is so much paperwork and cooperation with this agency has only made everything more complicated. Important messages between buyer and seller were often missed due to poor communication from their realtor, leading to significant losses in time, money, and peace of mind. Honestly, I don't understand how they got such high Google reviews. 🤔 ⚠️If you are considering working with them, think carefully.
