21 Sep 2025Great realtor. When buying our house, André was very involved. The market is very uncertain and volatile as a starter and André's guidance in this regard is very good; he was involved, easily accessible, and also came up with the perfect assessment for the bid we had to make on the house we wanted. He indicated that with that bid we probably wouldn't be the highest bidders, but due to the other conditions, such as clearing out the house, the profile as starters etc., it might well be possible. We went along with this strategy, and it got us the house. What is also very nice is that you get the honest story; André is clear, straightforward, everything is negotiable. In short, top realtor, recommended!

After discussing with Bram (the real estate agent), he managed to free up time in the evening. This saved us from having to look for another real estate agent. Afterwards, the group chat worked excellently and there was a quick response to questions. Signing documents at the office was no problem, although it does not happen very often anymore post-Covid. Bram after the first two meetings did not show up...

26 Nov 2025After I had neatly submitted 2 requests to view a house. I received a confirmation that they would process my request, but after a few workdays still nothing. The first email was on a Friday when the house had just been put online. This morning I got a call saying that something had gone wrong with the emails can happen. 2x in a row with 2 workdays in between is quite coincidental. Apart from the fact that they suddenly found my email. And just saying it can mean nothing for you. And when you ask what can you offer as a solution. Can mean nothing for you and can do nothing for you. Find it quite ridiculous that they don't even bother to look for a solution for you or just simply say sorry.

We came across Yess by chance during a viewing in Barendrecht and received a card then. Later we had an introductory meeting with Denise, and that felt right away good: spontaneous, social and clearly expert. Therefore we chose her as our purchase agent, and we have not regretted that for a moment. The contact was very low-threshold, via phone and WhatsApp, always quick and friendly. We received clear explanations for our (sometimes many) questions and doubts, and that gave a lot of trust. Viewings were quickly arranged, while we were at work, and Yess always made good preparations with points of attention and relevant documents. Therefore we always knew where to pay attention. The bidding advice was also realistic and well-founded, with an eye for the market and our situation. It's nice that they have building knowledge in house at Yess – that gave extra insight and prevented us from bidding on the wrong homes. A broker who thinks along with his client, keeps you informed of every step and fulfills his agreements. In addition, he can handle emotions well, takes personal circumstances into account (small child at home, older cat) and literally guides you to signing the deed of sale at the notary's office. 03 Nov 2025Mike from REMAX recently helped me with the sale of my house. I was very satisfied with his service and that of the entire REMAX team. I did the whole process remotely since I already lived abroad, and they handled everything for me. And it could not have gone more smoothly. Even when Mike unexpectedly fell ill just as viewings were about to start, one of his colleagues immediately took over and arranged nearly 50 viewings in less than 10 days. And they helped me get the best price I could have wished for! Definitely a recommendation!
