After meeting with several real estate agents, it quickly became clear that Kompas was the right choice for us. All worries were taken off our hands and we literally only had to sit back for a week. Our house was sold within just one week. The communication (phone calls, email, and WhatsApp) was really top-notch and we received super quick responses. The entire team at Kompas is incredibly friendly and 'human', you would almost forget that you are selling your home. We do not expect to move again, but if that were the case, Kompas would definitely be our real estate agent once more! Kompas, thank you again for everything!

Date unknownUnder the guise of "I don't have a key," we were unable to view the garage at our new house. They assured us that there was a loft and electricity. At handover, you are told that the garage lock is broken, no loft exists, and the electricity doesn't work. Because we expect 10 people and 2 suppliers the weekend after, we reluctantly agreed anyway. WRONG!!! This broker wants to "buy off" all of this with €200,= . Just the garage lock would already cost €250,= excl. VAT and excl. installation. Don't let these cowboys pull the wool over your eyes like we did. Read everything carefully because it is all covered in small print and pretty talk. Check everything, and if you can’t check something, DO IT CORRECTLY. If you still do business with these cowboys, make sure you have good legal assistance. Trust is good, but checking is better

28 Dec 2024Earlier this year on the line to sell our house 'in a few months'. Had good experiences years ago with Jasper and Trudy (??) who worked there then, so now another attempt was made. Unlike other contacted real estate agents, he didn't come across as professional. Reception friendly and warm by the lady behind the counter. The office was somewhat grimy (carpeting, door to private room) and didn’t smell very fresh (cigarette smoke). The realtor himself seemed uninterested, slumped down, wrote nothing down, we just had to get back in touch when there was a concrete date. Another realtor came to our home in the same week and was much more decisive: therefore, De Vree wasn't chosen.

24 May 2025For an appraisal to obtain our mortgage, we were referred to Yess Real Estate. They were able to appraise within a reasonable timeframe. Because we were satisfied, we also entrusted the sale of our home to Yess. Jessica and colleagues guided us neatly throughout the entire process. Short lines via WhatsApp, telephone or email. Not everything always goes according to plan. However, when there were bumps, they were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. Our house was sold subject to conditions, but we expect the further handling to go well too. The communication is professional, pleasant and accessible; no question is too much!

Within a week the report would be ready. On Monday I was called by the secretary, photos of the kitchen were missing, or if I wanted to take them and send them. Report appeared, value determined below the WOZ value as of January 2024? Comparable properties sold in June 2024 were indexed with many percentages until April 2025? Shoot me...
