Prettige samenwerking met Petra. Ze is duidelijk in communicatie en in haar denkwijze. Hierdoor bracht ze mij ook op andere ideeën. Ze luistert goed naar jouw wensen en denkt hierin ook mee. Prijs heb ik niet echt vergeleken met andere makelaars. Maar leek mij ergens aan de hoge kant, maar ik vind het aan de andere kant het wel weer waard voor de begeleiding die ik heb gehad. Ik had zelf de verwachting dat ze ook zelf met wat huizen zou komen die ze mij zou willen aandragen. Dit was helaas niet het geval, maar had eventueel wel gemogen. Kortom tevreden met de directheid van Petra waarbij ze ook kritische opmerkingen plaats t.o.v. een woning waar je als leek niet naar kijkt.

Vriendelijke en pro-actieve makelaar. Zowel voor aankoop als verkoop. Petra denkt fijn met je mee en kent de markt goed. Ze is op tijd aanwezig bij bezichtigingen en weet helder vragen te beantwoorden. Na een bezichtiging gaf ze ons een heldere en fijne terugkoppeling. Earlier this year on the line to sell our house 'in a few months'. Had good experiences years ago with Jasper and Trudy (??) who worked there then, so now another attempt was made. Unlike other contacted real estate agents, he didn't come across as professional. Reception friendly and warm by the lady behind the counter. The office was somewhat grimy (carpeting, door to private room) and didn’t smell very fresh (cigarette smoke). The realtor himself seemed uninterested, slumped down, wrote nothing down, we just had to get back in touch when there was a concrete date. Another realtor came to our home in the same week and was much more decisive: therefore, De Vree wasn't chosen.

I would never recommend Remax to my friends and family. We had a bad experience with them when we bought our first house. The communication with the person who was supposed to help us was very poor. For example, he didn't show up at the last meeting where we signed the house contract, even though he said he would. This wasn't the first incident either. It was a shame!

We needed an appraisal for our home in Rotterdam for a mortgage application. An appointment was scheduled very quickly and we were helped wonderfully by the appraiser. The appraisals are NWWI certified and our mortgage application was successful on the first try! Contact with YESS real estate has also always been very pleasant (both via email and telephone).

Had a very pleasant experience. The initial introduction was with Jeroen, and that immediately gave a good feeling, so I no longer felt the need to try another real estate agent. He had a clear story and knowledge of the subject matter. Ultimately, his approach proved to be the right one as well. The entire team is very enthusiastic and helpful, making them very pleasant to communicate with. If I need a real estate agent again in the future, I know where to go.
