As a seller, I had no say in determining the closing date; everything was arranged between the agent and the buyer without my input. I haven't really compared prices with other real estate agents. But it seemed a bit on the high side, but on the other hand, I do find it worth it for the guidance I received. I had expected that she would also come up with some houses herself that she would like to offer me. Unfortunately, this was not the case, but it could have been allowed. In short, satisfied with Petra's directness, where she also places critical comments on a property where you, as a layman, wouldn't look.

Subsequently contacted them by phone; it was stated unfriendly that applicants are selected from all requests. I find this remarkable, as I reacted as one of the first. Also via WhatsApp, there is silence. I would not entrust my property to this party, which is a shame, because you lose potential buyers that way. Should the owner of Stalnet 3, 3192 DJ, Hoogvliet Rotterdam read this: things will not progress with this selling agent; in my opinion, a wrong choice was made.

19 Jun 2025I would not recommend this rental company. I attended a viewing for one of their apartments and initially everything seemed fine. However, the secretary asked me to pay €350 in advance to submit my documents to the landlord, with the promise of a refund of €250 if the landlord refused. The landlord approved my application, but the rental agreement they provided was very unprofessional. The contract contained several errors and unreasonable clauses, such as the tenant's responsibility for insurance, damage to the exterior of the building, and depreciation of the central heating system. In short, the contract was unacceptable and unenforceable. Furthermore, they pressured me to sign the agreement before June 1st, even though they only sent it to me on May 29th, not allowing a reasonable time to review the agreement. When I asked for my €250 refund, they stopped responding altogether. This rental company is acting in bad faith - avoid them at all costs.

28 Dec 2024Earlier this year on the line to sell our house 'in a few months'. Had good experiences years ago with Jasper and Trudy (??) who worked there then, so now another attempt was made. Unlike other contacted real estate agents, he didn't come across as professional. Reception friendly and warm by the lady behind the counter. The office was somewhat grimy (carpeting, door to private room) and didn’t smell very fresh (cigarette smoke). The realtor himself seemed uninterested, slumped down, wrote nothing down, we just had to get back in touch when there was a concrete date. Another realtor came to our home in the same week and was much more decisive: therefore, De Vree wasn't chosen.
