Pleasant collaboration with Petra. She is clear in her communication and thought process. This also brought other ideas to me. She listens well to your wishes and thinks along with you. I haven't really compared prices with other real estate agents. But it seemed a bit on the high side, but on the other hand, I do find it worth it for the guidance I received. I had expected that she would also come up with some houses herself that she would like to offer me. Unfortunately, this was not the case, but it could have been allowed. In short, satisfied with Petra's directness, where she also places critical comments on a property where you, as a layman, wouldn't look.
