Enorm bad experience with this realtor. I came for a viewing: was handed a brochure and told, “Just take a walk around, I’ll hear from you if you have questions”. However, the realtor had no answer to the questions I asked, except “I don’t know.” The gentleman was extremely uninterested and I felt like he wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible. You can sell your house yourself this way. The house was fine but due to the unpleasant experience with this realtor, we decided not to make an offer.

Not recommended. I bought a house through him. After all the documents were signed, this realtor failed to honor many appointments. On the day of transfer, I saw a leak with damage to the wall where there used to be a closet, he casually says but it's been repaired???????? I did still recover the damages but no, don't do business with this man!
