In 2019 kochten wij onze huidige woning via 365, dat was toen ook een hele fijne ervaring. Recent een wens voor een andere woning uitgesproken bij 365. Daarop werd er direct en actief meegedacht. Vanuit service werden wij van advies voorzien en werd het bod uitgebracht. Dit kwam ook snel tot een akkoord en ondanks dat wij als koper de overeenkomst hebben moet ontbinden heeft Stefan ons daarbij gesteund. Voor ons voelde dit traject als ontzorgend waar mogelijk. De geruststelling vanuit het team was groot toen ik contact opnam en vertelde waar ik tegenaan liep. Uiterst warm-zakelijk en daarmee voor ons heel erg fijn. In de toekomst komt er vast nog een kans, daarbij wil ik geen andere partij dan 365.
