Wat maakte dat we onze eigen woning ook door Kompas hebben laten verkopen. Heel fijn en gemoedelijk en altijd bereid om snel te schakelen en mee te denken. Kompas heeft me goed ontzorgd.

We had asked if the sales process, such as the photos and Funda listing, could be expedited due to a quick handover of our new house. This was all well organized. Laurens is simply very good at his job and also pleasant in dealing with people. We had a short line via a WhatsApp group. The team is well coordinated, Danique handled a lot around the sales process and Sanne was always very friendly and detailed in answering our questions from the office. Besides the good service, they also have a sharp commission, making the choice easy. In short, a recommendation!

31 Jan 2026Beste LAURENS, en Team, wat heb jij, wat hebben jullie mij enorm geholpen bij de verkoop van mijn huis , alle activiteiten die daarmee samenhangen en niet in het minst jouw persoonlijke inbreng en steun voor mij om deze stap te kunnen zetten. Je was altijd bereikbaar, snelle terugkoppeling bij vragen of hobbels op de weg in dit proces. Hierbij wordt jij ondersteund door een Top-Team van vriendelijke medewerkers die altijd voor mij klaarstonden ( op momenten van lichte paniek of vragen). Ik heb onder jouw begeleiding een nieuwe woning aangekocht en mijn huidige woning in de verkoop gezet. Dit alles heeft ertoe geleid dat mijn huis binnen twee weken onder voorbehoud verkocht is, jij en ik hebben dit afgekaart terwijl ik mij voor vakantie in Londen in de Subway onder de grond bevond, de metro s voorbij reden met veel lawaai… en we elkaar bijna niet konden verstaan. Sander doesn't keep his appointments and comes up with all sorts of excuses for why he hasn't called you. Also, if you call the office, they will treat you just as nonchalantly. Very involved and unreliable.

Sander doesn't keep his appointments and comes up with all sorts of excuses for why he hasn't called you. Also, if you call the office, they will treat you just as nonchalantly. Very involved and unreliable.

24 Oct 2023They try to rip you off from all sides as a buyer. First, during the viewing, pretend they know nothing about the defects. When modifying the purchase contract, they sneakily added that hidden defects are at the buyer's expense. (Fortunately, we managed to get that removed) Ultimately, you’re left with many hidden defects and they stop responding. Buyers! I would choose a different house and a different real estate agent 😉

26 Oct 2025Up to 2 times a viewing was canceled, no further contact with the real estate agent after that. I heard from my neighbor that Mr. Toussaint has been involved in several legal cases with his company Huurgarant, however this is of course hearsay and not related to his real estate agency.

17 Jan 2026Zeer onprofessioneel en teleurstellend Vandaag had ik om 15:30 een bezichtiging gepland. Om 15:00, slechts een half uur van tevoren, werd ik gebeld met de mededeling dat de woning al verkocht was. De afspraak stond al geruime tijd vast. Daarnaast hanteert deze makelaar geen biedingstermijn, waardoor woningen blijkbaar zomaar verkocht worden zonder dat geïnteresseerden een eerlijke kans krijgen om te reageren. Dit is naar mijn mening geen normale of transparante manier van werken. Slechte communicatie, slechte planning en weinig respect voor de tijd van potentiële kopers. Absoluut geen aanrader.

Beste Nurten Mehmet, Bedankt voor uw bericht. Wij hebben uw voicemail ingesproken en u een e-mail gezonden maar het is erg lastig om u te pakken te krijgen. De verkoper had op de dag van uw bezichtiging een bod ontvangen wat dusdanig gunstig was dat verkoper heeft besloten dit direct te accepteren. Daarmee moesten wij de reeds geplande bezichtigingen helaas afzeggen. U geeft aan dat er geen beidingstermijn beschikbaar was, dit klopt: verkoper zijn vrij om te beslissen op welke manier en aan wie zij een woning willen verkopen. Niet iedere verkoper kiest daarbij voor een biedingstermijn. Natuurlijk begrijpen wij uw teleurstelling, uw conclusie dat er daarom dus sprake zou zijn van "slechte communicatie, planning en weinig respect" begrijpen wij dan weer niet.
