Instead of following a transparent process, they manipulate the sale by only informing their preferred buyers and giving them the opportunity to outbid. This is pure fraud and utterly unprofessional. Date unknownUnfortunately, this realtor was not the most reliable for us; as sellers, we didn't feel taken seriously and felt like we were being led on. Statements were made that you really shouldn't say to your clients. After we ended the collaboration, Bric makelaardij admitted that he did not have the right expertise to sell our house. In terms of commission, it was also considerably more expensive, so compare prices beforehand. Our experience ultimately cost us a lot of stress and money.

After several conversations with various purchasing brokers - Ferdinand helped us with satisfaction, in buying our first owner-occupied home. Pleasant, no nonsense, easily accessible and transparent is how we would describe the collaboration. Ferdinand is someone who tells it as it is, gives you the space to make your own choices and thinks along where necessary. You notice during the viewings that there is a lot of experience and knowledge. In addition, we also had a pleasant experience with Sandra who mostly took on the administrative tasks. We were always treated kindly. In short, very satisfied and definitely recommended.
