Instead of following a transparent process, they manipulate the sale by only informing their preferred buyers and giving them the opportunity to outbid. This is pure fraud and utterly unprofessional. My parents, both 70+, did not have a sustainable home (purchase). Henriette searched and found a beautiful and affordable rental property for my parents. She based her search on the wishes of my parents. Without Henriette, it would not have been possible for my parents and me to find a new and safe house so quickly. We are very satisfied. 29 Apr 2023With a good feeling sold When the house on Oude Veiling had to be put up for sale, we decided to work with Bric Makelaars. Eric van der Werf, owner/broker of Bric, knows the market in Den Hoorn. After making an appointment, on site, we immediately got a good feeling about it. With short lines, he arranged a cleaning company and the Energy Label was taken care of so that the sales brochure could be created. Eric kept us well informed about the steps that needed to be taken and the progress regarding the sale, before the house changed ownership. The brochure, including the photos, as well as the placement on the internet looked well cared for. The price the broker came up with was accepted. Now we had to act quickly because prices were falling. The number of viewings was announced and scheduled. Even after the bids were received, we were neatly informed. Because selling a house is not an everyday occurrence, Eric advised us, without obligation, which bid we should go for. His advice in this matter was clear. He printed out the purchase agreement, after which the sale was finalized. Because the proposed new owner already wanted to start his renovation work, we agreed with this, whereupon the broker drew up a key agreement. This agreement described the responsibilities for this and who would bear the Gas/Water/Electricity costs. The house was sold with a good feeling. After several conversations with various purchasing brokers - Ferdinand helped us with satisfaction, in buying our first owner-occupied home. Pleasant, no nonsense, easily accessible and transparent is how we would describe the collaboration. Ferdinand is someone who tells it as it is, gives you the space to make your own choices and thinks along where necessary. You notice during the viewings that there is a lot of experience and knowledge. In addition, we also had a pleasant experience with Sandra who mostly took on the administrative tasks. We were always treated kindly. In short, very satisfied and definitely recommended.
