We still need to be called, and the property has since been sold. If you contact them and ask if this is normal practice, the relevant estate agent states that he never calls people. Unbelievable

We met him during the purchase of our future home and it was a logical step for us to entrust him with the sale of our current house. He was also available outside office hours if needed. Unfortunately, he has not been affiliated with Greveling real estate agency since June 1st. Therefore, we find it difficult to recommend this real estate agency.

20 Dec 2024Earlier this year on the line to sell our house 'in a few months'. Had good experiences years ago with Jasper and Trudy (??) who worked there then, so now another attempt was made. Unlike other contacted real estate agents, he didn't come across as professional. Reception friendly and warm by the lady behind the counter. The office was somewhat grimy (carpeting, door to private room) and didn’t smell very fresh (cigarette smoke). The realtor himself seemed uninterested, slumped down, wrote nothing down, we just had to get back in touch when there was a concrete date. Another realtor came to our home in the same week and was much more decisive: therefore, De Vree wasn't chosen.

The approach was very personal, and the communication was good. The way he approached viewers and buyers is also personal, which we found very important. For example, Mark calmly reviewed the purchase contract with the buyers because they did not have a purchasing broker themselves. The period between sale and transfer can be long, and Mark would occasionally check in to hear how things were going. Until the moment of transfer, we could turn to him with our questions, which gave us a lot of confidence. With the approach and presentation of Aan de Maas Makelaardij, we were able to sell our house with a very beautiful result and fully adhere to our intended planning.

I had spoken to a few real estate agents, and felt good about her because she clearly indicated what needed to be done to the renovation property in order to market it as well as possible. Afterwards, consistently fast and efficient communication. They are priced at the top end of the segment but, as far as I'm concerned, that was more than compensated for by taking care of me and selling the house for a price considerably higher than other agents had suggested.

25 Apr 2025These people assessed my house for a seller on a Tuesday. Property assessed as average. The young lady was inside for 20 minutes, asked few questions. Within a week the report would be ready. On Monday I was called by the secretary, photos of the kitchen were missing, or if I wanted to take them and send them. Report appeared, value determined below the WOZ value as of January 2024? Comparable properties sold in June 2024 were indexed with many percentages until April 2025? Shoot me...
